We had 14 pc bucket @660. The chicken were very tasty and crispy. The dining area is very large . More than 30 people can have meals at a time. It is located at the main traffic point of Tezpur i.e Mission Chariali. The only cons is that the AC temperature is slightly lower than the surrounding temperature. It doesn't feels that the AC is working for few minutes.

Today i visited Tezpur KFC. I order zinger box and the food tasted like hell. No taste, no salt in chicken in burger. The chicken pieces seemed like normal fried chicken cooked from home. No crispiness, no salt, no softness and food was served cold. I never expected such a poor service. I have tried in many KFC but this really was not upto the mark. The hospitality was okay, even though there was a current problem 3 times while i was there. I hope you will change the quality of food so that it satisfies customers and even be upto the mark.

I visited many KFC but in this KFC food is not up to the mark. it seems it smells like I am eating raw chicken....Better go for local fried chicken which is available in the street.

KFC's Chicken Zinger (claimed as their best burger) looks like this in reality! Paid a hefty amount for a burger like this where even the mayo is not spread well, with 1-2 unfresh pieces of lettuce. It's better to eat from the street stalls.

Miracles happen in KFC mission chariali, Tezpur. The room was so hot..and the burger was so cold. And as usual in he drink there was more ice than the drink.

My last three order experience was very unpleasant. Each time they have send less items. Complaint has also been made in this regard. But to no avail. Others might also have similar issues with them. Exercise caution while ordering...

Toilet is too darty. It's worse than train toilet. KFC maintains it's standard well at every outlet but looks like not possible in Assam! Besides food was also pathetic. Never had such q worse Zinger burger and hot wings.

The service is pathetic. I understand it’s not a metro but clear communication is warranted at all place. They are asking to wait for half an hour for a simple bucket of 8. Even though I had requested it to be delivered quickly.

I ordered for the first time thinking I would have a great time... But think what happened..?? I ordered the most viewed burger but they didn't even gave me a glass of water.I walked out to drink water in Domino's... Thanking you KFC tezpur for your great service 👌🏻👌🏻

I went there for takeaway, they took an approx of 20 mins to hand me out the order. Loved the burger, the quality of the bun was as always the same and good. Didn't liked the french fries though. It seemed as if it was not properly fried. And yah one more thing, some of their meal you see on Zomato app is not available when you visit their outlets. It was kind of strange.

Taste wise it was good.. We ordered popcorn biriyani, burger, hot and crispy chicken. The staff are polite and well behaved. Urgent need for improvement: 1. The waiting time is a bit more than usual although there is no rush. This should be improved as per the standard of others outlets of the brand. 2. The washroom should be properly maintained aslo.

Any more KFC s like this and KFC will have to shut shop. Tried the Zinger. Would not recommend it to anyone. Wouldn't eat it even if someone paid me for it. KFC management needs to seriously look into this outlet.

Its clean and right on the highway with limited parking adjacent to it. The quality of food is good and standard. The service though takes a lot of time. The space has been maintained well with adequate seating.

I ordered veg burger, it was not up to the mark, taste was not satisfactory. Surrounding was not good air-conditioning is not working.... inside temperature is higher than outside...simply sweating and hall is smelling very bad, no positive vibes while having food....mood off😏

KFC Manager should ensure availing all listed menus. It's quite annoying to hear "unavailable" after deciding on a menu of our choice. Last time I got a third choice only (which was obviously like since we entered, we'll eat something). Apart from, prompt service, hygiene and ambience are all fine.

Some days preparations are up to quality. Some days poor taste items. I wonder how the taste differs from the same item.

Finger lickin' taste. I bought a meal here, it was delicious. KFC has open kichen, so I a tour of kichen and store room. It's clean and hygienic. And Food is wow. I vist many times here. May be the only place in Tezpur serves delicious burger. Smoky chicken are so tasty. Some times they serve you crusher instead of cold drink in meal.

I thought trying something there. Here is what happened. The crispy chicken piece was big enough, BUT it was not fully cooked. The marinated (or not) masala powders - turmeric and all - tasted raw, that means it was not fried properly, hence not cooked properly. It's the worst KFC I have ever visited across India. In fact I haven't got such badly cooked KFC food anywhere else.

I had ordered chicken zinger for myself and 6 pieces of boneless chicken. It tasted very soar, the quality was poor and it was not fresh. Felt like they gave given old cooked food. They are just eating away the brand by doing this. This is not the first time, I have been frequently visiting this branch of KFC but it's not worth spending here. Poor quality.

The rating is for the service. Food is good. However they don't take any action when they receive an online order/ phone order.. If there is no importance for app y has one been provided. All the four times I order on app, Reach the shop in 15 min, then they take print and start making.

Good place to munch chicken here. Get your friends in and have a good time
