Excellent ambiance, food, & staff behavior 👍👌

Its one of the most grand hotels in Tezpur. Right from its location in the heart of the town (close to the malls like pantaloons, reliance trends, smart bazaar), having a large parking space, the reception lobby's grand decor to the room's facilities and comfort, it was a really great experience. On top of that, the prices of the room are quite reasonable according to the standard it provides. The behavior and responsiveness of the staff were quite satisfactory. The food from their restaurant was good as well. Overall it is definitely worth opting for stay or trying out their restaurant when visiting Tezpur.

The ambience is very different from other hotels/restaurants in Tezpur. It is very eye -catching. The staff is well trained. Their hospitality speaks for it. The food is really good. People should come to this multi cuisine place to relish their taste buds without giving a second thought.

Cygnett Tezpur is a budget friendly yet a mid luxury accommodation in terms of its offering. The ambience is good and the staff is very welcoming. Do give it a try if you're halting at or visiting Tezpur and look for an accommodation in the city centre.

Went to the restaurant with family and guests for dinner. Never ever got such a horrible experience. Staffs are less, steward are non professional. Food is so so but very expensive e.g. butter chicken @525/serving. Unbelievably highly priced in a city like Tezpur and the quantity is also less than the usual. Overall, not satisfied at all.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by staff members Gopesh and Pompi. Their dedication, friendliness, and attention to detail truly enhanced my stay, making it memorable. From check-in to dining recommendations, their professionalism and warm hospitality stood out.

Parking is a bit difficult but they have valet service. Rooms are good size, modern, spacious , but not exactly grand, good for the price if you buy online. Food is good but expensive. Dining hall is spacious and good. Staff are good but some front desk staff need to be trained to be professional as well as knowledgeable.

17th July I had the pleasure of dining at Imperial Cygnet Inn Tezpur , a hidden gem located in the heart of city. From the moment I walked in restro with ny friend . The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with dim lighting and soft music playing in the background. Outside of Restro sitting was so cozy. Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Pavilion Restro offers a wide variety of options to suit all taste buds. Whether you are a vegetarian lover, or someone with dietary restrictions, there is something for everyone. The presentation of the dishes was truly impressive, as each plate was like a work of art. I started my meal with the tomato 🍅 soup that was bursting with flavor. The soup was perfectly seasoned, and the texture was velvety smooth. It was the ideal way to start my culinary journey at Pavilion. Honey Chilli Potato was cooked to perfection, with a crispy skin and tender, flaky flesh. What truly set Pavilion apart was the exceptional. service staff Ms Sila was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they served. They went above and beyond to accommodate any dietary restrictions and made sure every guest felt special and well taken care. Overall, my dining experience at Pavilion was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm ambiance to the delectable food and outstanding service, it was a meal I will not soon forget. I highly recommend Cygnet Inn Pavilion to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience, and I cannot wait to return myself.

Great Experience. Price Point is also okay. Nice interiors, wifi, central controllable ac, big window, large android tv, tea maker, locker, extra office table and sofa, toiletries, and even a hair drier. Nearby places are good - be with food or Cole park or Mandir.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed till date. The rooms are nothing but excellent. Room service was very good. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the ambience, food and service was par excellent. Deserves 5 star ⭐ rating.
