One of the best restaurant cum Bar. Amazing food with a really good atmosphere. Lots of good food options for veg and non veg. I really loved the customer service, the waiters and staff were very polite and helpful. Parking space available. Options for sweet,cake, Gupchup available. Overall nice 👍👍. Discount also for defence personnel if you go for food in restaurant. You can stay, dinning, drink. If you stay here you can go near by park also.

Major construction project in the middle of the hotel. Very loud equipment and workers. Work begins in the early morning. Workers are still working well after midnight. No chance of getting any sleep.

The room (208) smelt very damp and one had to open the windows to let in fresh air and of course a host of mosquitoes and other insects. Service time was very good... Ordered fish fingers for snacks which were not well made.. For dinner ordered chilli chicken with gravy.. the chicken was frozen from middle although the gravy was good . Also ordered home style potato fry which was awesome!!

Those who are booking a room after looking the KRC palace room's pictures must be vigilante that hotel people will book you in their homestay and it will give you one of worst experience of your life.The bed is like boat it is not flat,a very bad odour you will feel in the room and yes rooms are like road side DHABA like hotels.

Hotel was good but staff is not good. We are staying there, we booked couple room with king size bed but they give us twin sharing rooms. When I complained at reception then they told me that we have no other rooms because our all rooms are sold out. Even I booked it before 1 month when I travel.

Good place to stay but facility is deteriorating day by day. The rent is much higher than the facility offered. Needs to change their mindset. As there is no suitable competitor, the hotel is taking the chance. They mostly deal with various companies with schedule bookings, so literally do not care for the individual guests. Vey much disappointed with the facility which is average.

Overall nice experience staying in KRC palace. The rooms are really nice and well decorated. I didn't expect a mini bar but rooms are equipped with that. They gave water in reusable glass bottles which will attract your attention. Free wifi is also available. Buffet breakfast with quite a decent option is also available.

If you're young (and not middle-aged, or travelling with children), be prepared to be treated less courteously than other guests. You will be made to wait at the reception, while others breezily jump the queue and are served first. While the room was lavish enough, the toilet seat left much to be desired. Faded and yellowed with age, it was off-putting. The management also needs to *not* be miserly with its bathroom supplies and provide at least two towels, if the room in question is a double seater.

Nice and comfortable stay it was. All the staffs are well mannered and all the things are well maintained. Good place for stay.

Nothing like the photos on web. Don't pre-book as most of the time it's non refundable Usually I don’t write negative reviews, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. MMT did not help at all Then I checked other sites and figured out that MMT and Yatra offer the worst rooms in any property. Pics not as shown on MMT Site. Room was SMALL. See the pics I have uploaded. IT WAS MORE LIKE A TRUCKY JOINT. Bathrooms not as per the pics. I advise you guys to check other sites and see what type of rooms they are offering even if they are more expensive than MMT. Compare and then book on MMT. Don’t expect MMT to help you with any refund or help. Besides this place gives more preference to parties (which are for 2-3 hours) and will park their cars next to the entrance. cars of Online bookers are taken by valet and parked outside or another of their properties. I had travelled 4000kms from Goa and was not going to give my car to valet in some unknown village. I dont allow valet in W or Westin or Taj then why should i do it here?It took me half an hour to convenience the manager to let me selfpark the car at the premises. Which he eventually did. MMT DID NOT HELP. Later when we went and saw the room is what I wrote above.

Had dinner at Maaijang. We tried the local fish curry, Tenga with rice, which was okay. The portions were good and there were two fish pieces, per plate. The chilly fish, as starters was good. The ambience was kitchsy.

Everything is good about the hotel except breakfast items. It was very limited, only have 4 to 5 items also not tasty. The hotel is charging 4000 to 6,000 per room. After paying so much, we are expecting a good breakfast Also, the hotel team should work on this. All the best.

There is quality staff and good management for which the property still looks new even after more than a decade of existence.

Stayed there on 2 occasions on t Route to Ziro and back. Nice hotel, good service, good staff. Very clean and great value for Money. Thank you, and i will definitely stay there again.

Location is good. Its time they renovated the place. They do have wierd rules of no visitors allowed in rooms. For the price they charge they need that renovation. Rest service is great. Well mannered staff. Food is also good.

My most favorite Hotel in Tezpur to hangout with my loved one is Hotel KRC Palace.They really served some delicious foods with full maintain of hygiene and taste.Recently i tried their some amazing starters so I need to some feedback about that starters.. So here it is - 1) Garlic Pepper Fish - It was literally so yummy and juicy.Full taste of garlic and pepper which really gave that starters an amazing and unique taste .One can give it a try without any doubt. 2) Tandoori Fish Tikka - That taste still in my tongue seriously ,it was fabulous. Perfect taste of masala , chutney,tandoor flavour and juiceness and what not. They served that starters with some slices of onions and fine chopped carrots and with side green chutney. My experienced was so good honestly. If anyone in search of some delicious foods then go for it you won't disappoint.

The stay in the rooms of KRC Homestay was not so pleasent as the lobby and rooms were constantly stinky. Eventually it was taken care though, but being the one of the good hotel in that area there should have been better arrangements. The main KRC is good and the rooms are way better there.

Good, Clean place. All rooms are not of same size. Some are pretty big and others are very small. Some rooms next to service elevator may be too noisy. Excellant breakfast spread.

Good place to stay in Tezpur.. Rooms are good both Deluxe & Elegant.. The photos are of Elegant.. Deluxe are bit smaller than Elegant.. Bathroom is good.. Breakfast is very good (Buffet).. I recommend this place in the middle of Tezpur town..

One of the best places in tezpur to have a Lovely dinner with family and friends. Also a good bar to hang out with buddies. And also the staff is remarkably decent and serve to our needs. Definitely recommended.

Liquor is little bit highly priced. Food is ok( veg) non veg was delicious. Service is good. Ambiance of bar is nice. Parking problem for cars. Saturday nights are lively with good music.

This hotel has dine-in, loggin and salon facilities. It is one of the best in town. Both the bar and restaurant serves well. This hotel also has capacity to organise functions like marriages and receptions

Clean and comfortable rooms & shower. The service wasn't 100% (we asked for hand towels 4 times and never got them), and they don't have international credit card machine 😕 so we had to pay cash.

I can't say about the hotel and its servives as I went to the Maihang restaurant only. But, one thing I can say is that this is the best hotel minus the scanty parking space. It is situated next to the extremely busy main road and it's a matter of concern to park your car on the side of the road.

Every thing was fine until I wanted some water at night, I agree that it was late at night (early morning) around 4am.I dialled house keeping but there was no response, I dialled room service no response again. I tried calling multiple times but could not connect, they shut down these services at night. I tried calling front desk but no response again. At last dialled emergency number, they picked up and said they would send water but the water never arrived. By now it was almost 5:30am, I went down to the front desk and told them I wanted water, and also informed them that none of the services were responding, they said they would send water immediately but the water never arrived. By now it was 7am and I was severely dehydrated, as a last straw I went out again, fortunately found one house keeping guy and got a bottle of water from him. Moreover the AC was not working, although it was winters but the room had no ventilation so AC was needed, so the room turned really hot at night and I got severely dehydrated. As a result of this I fell sick for a couple of days. BTW YOUR FRONT DESK GUYS WERE SLEEPING, KEEPING THE PHONE LINES OFF. CONGRATULATIONS KRC, YOU JUST LOST A MAJOR MEDICAL CONVENTION DUE TO BE HELD IN APRIL.

My stay in this hotel was for almost 12 days/ night. Rooms found to be clean. Services in Restaurant by yubaraj and food quality was very good. If some one visit this restaurant must meet yubaraj for enjoying good food and Hospitality.
