Greatly disappointing. The food is not at all worth the price. Schezwan Chicken Wings has a bad smell, bad taste. Orange Mocktail is overpriced @₹89 for a tiny jar. Staffs are not disciplined. 2 ratings only for the decor and the terrace space. The terrace space offers a great view and a good vibe.

The 2.0 version of woodbox, did not have a great experience. Prices are high as compared to similar go-to places in town and also compared to the food quality and portion size. Also dissapointed by the dish serving plates, should have been more sensible before serving. Chicken steam Momos are dissapointing too, they are chewy and lacks flavours. But the Staff is good anyway. You also get a terrace sitting to get a view of Tezpur market.

One of the best place to eat at Tezpur. Prices are reasonable, helping are great. The waitress was well aware of the dishes and could explain properly about the menu in detail. The service was also prompt. Ambience was also nice. Good innovative idea of seating arrangement.

Highly disappointed by the place... Seems like a knockoff of the original Woodbox.. Very glaring issues to be highlighted here... 1. Food took almost 30 minutes to be served. 2. The staff are entirely amateurs who don't know how to serve food. We ordered a pizza and no oregano or chilli flakes were given along with it. On being asked, they told they didn't have it. 3. Pasta was sweet tasting...how does it happen??. I had to order extra salt to neutralize the sweetness.. horrible tasting pasta. 4. Twice i told the staff to turn down the volume, however they again increased it.

Excellent food . Music and aura . Perfect place for family meals and dating too. Grand rooftop lightening and service . Would surely come back again.

Felt very awkward. The momos were good. But just look at the size of the boul of soup. it's like in 130 rs the provide 2-3 table spoon of soup, only green chutney provided, no raita no . More over biriyani is not served like that in a premium restaurant. The staff were like they know nothing about the customer service.

The ambience of this place is really good especially the roof top..and you must definitely try out their different varieties of momos..

One of the worst customer service. Even though there were just 2 tables occupied yet they interchanged orders, I mean even big cafes doesn't make this kind of mistake. This cold coffee with ice cream costed 180. I have had better presentation and the drink at ₹80 than this seriously. And only the order name had "cold" and "ice cream". I didn't see anything like that in the actual drink. Anyone thinking about going there, please highly not recommended.

Literally felt like sitting in a rock. I will give 0 for comfort 3 for food Staffs look like lost stars in a wide sky But the behaviour is something I liked I guess. I would say that things can be improved.

Very poor service. We waited 1 hour for just single roll and burger. A huge Time and money waste. Oreo shake taste like oreo and water grinded together.

A cozy place to chill with your family and friends. Ambience and staff is also good. However, prices are somewhat higher compared to the quantity and quality of the food. We ordered veggie and chicken combo with a mojito. The combos tasted good but really disappointed with the mojito.

This Cafe is totally unprofessional. They served a NON VEG Momo to a customer in front us who were Pure Vegetarian, due to their mismanagement. After complaining about this they told Staffs are new. Their response was very poor against the customer. Don't ever visit this Cafe if you don't want to get harrassed. VERY POOR CAFE, VERY POOR SERVICE VERY POOR BEHAVIOUR

Coffee wasn't worth of 60 bucks ,and when we asked for warm water they cnt even provide it .so you guys need to improve ur services

I visited there cafe with high expectations however I was really disappointed . The quality of food served was very poor and despite complaining the staff about they did nothing about it . Chilly paneer was stale , cocktails served was not chilled , veg noodles was unimaginable. Hope they improve and raise their standard close to the other branch of cafe woodbox ...
