They deserve a 5 star. First it comes with a sit-and shop cafeteria of its own where more than dozens of pastries and cookies are served 🤩. Great staffing, multi payment options and wide ranges of goods from basic kitchen wares, skin care products to toiletries and amenities. One of the oldest bakery shop in Tezpur. The place have been remodeled and divided into two part. You will find almost all your daily needs here , starting from rice to spices and everything in the front part. The food court is behind. You can have a quick bite here. The place is bit humid during summer. I have given 1 star less as the sales girls and boys are not at all professionals. Overall good place to be in.

The memories are since the end of 1990's where a small serving counter with lots of bakery products was availed. The new millennial turned out to be a huge success with introduction of Fast food items, groceries, Dairy product, Cosmetics, beverages (non-alcoholic) and many more things which excludes Tobacco products .. Rest you can go and explore on your own. The planning of space is decent and they have categorized it properly. DELIGHT ITSELF IS A PART OF HERITAGE IN TEZPUR. A MUST VISIT SHOP EVERYONE.

Waitress service is too bad. She was very rough and showed a bad behaviour when given a complaint regarding food order. Ordered 2 paneer butter masala but provided with only 1. waited too long for the 2nd one

Good, now today's delight bakery food like polaw are not testy..... Complete third class test.... And prices are very expensive like star hotels....cakes, biscuits and sweets are good.... other wise product availability is ok like food and cosmetic.....

It is one of the oldest bakeries in Tezpur town, situated at the main market area, just opposite to Dimond Bakrey. Though, the name only speaks about its bakery section, today it also has a department store section .

I often visit this store as I have a very long association with this store since my childhood days. It is a departmental store cum cafeteria. The cafeteria section is very good where you can find delicious items like chowmein, fried, rice, biryani, tea etc. Also you can find different bakery items there. But what disappoints me is the departmental section where you can hardly find any essential items you are looking for plus the staffs attitude is not that good as they hardly respond if you ask them anything which makes it difficult to locate the things you are looking for. They are either busy gossiping with fellow staffs or on their mobile. I hope the management will look into this and make it more customer friendly.

Good for cakes and pastries. The cookies and biscuits were over baked. Not everything is good. The grocery store adds value to the visit as you can buy some groceries and visit the bakery and restaurant.

It's a nice place. Good place for family and friends. Credit and debit card are accepted here. Food is good here and is not that much costly.

Mostly good. The place is located in the middle of the town which is really good. The bakery service is wonderful. Good for a quick bite. They also have biryani, pulau, chowmein if one is interested. Ice cream is also available and so is soft drinks. This place also offers wide range of household products from bottles, cups, containers to bath essentials, etc. Chocolate collection is also great.

Worse restaurant. Yes it's foods are pity good but all persons serving us have bad behavior. Facilities are good but service providers have bad manners. They don't know how to treat a customer. You may get the food in between 10-15 minutes after order, but sometimes you may have to wait for more then one hour. They don't care about there customers. Its better to go other restaurants nearby like #tiffin_room

I guess first departmental store in Tezpur and hence with a high attitude staff. The salesgirls and their managers have absolutely no clue about their products or prices. If you have the patience to search for stuff on your own and enjoy the blank faces of the staff everytime you ask a question, then you can have a wonderful time there. Everytime I wonder if they reduce their staff, will the prices be low! Their security is very polite though. Haven't used the restaurant.

Delite Bakery - when you enter the shop you see Departmental store where you can buy daily need essential items and cosmetic items. when you go to more inside you will get bakery shop - where you can enjoy with your family and friends... there have lots of variety bakery items , cakes, Chinese food etc. Sitting space also available . Park your four wheeler in the parking zone which is situated starting of the market, but you can park your two wheeler infront of shop parking. Quality of bakery item good .
