In the year of 2012-2013 it was one of the best hotels in tezpur. But this time(2022) I felt it is the worst hotel in tezpur. The behaviour from Securities to managers was very rude . They think they are owner of the hotel. Service became pathetic. Will never visit this place in future.

Sir, I went to there (Hotel Center Point, Tezpur) for my personal work. Place is very good.

Good place to stay, right in the centre,parking is available as well, rest of the sites are in walking distance. The food also is delicious. Although breakfast spread is mot that much. Stayed in room in 3rd floor. It was a good spacious room.

The service was good but not a friendly staff behavior... in this generation people should be a bit more open minded. Not a couple friendly hotel nor suitable for girls who smoke. Room was good but had a scent. Except the female working staff none of them had a friendly behavior.

The first time I had been here 5 years back it was wow food! So was naturally disappointed by the food last year. 1. Egg chops... One egg cut into 8 pieces. Besan was bitter. 2. Maas Tenga.... Was wondering what we were eating 3. The noodles turned out to be something we had never heard off. 4. Only the coke was fresh. The service was extremely slow although it was only the 4 of us there. For everything you had to call them although around 5 guys were sitting idle. A place I am not going to suggest or visit again.

Starting on a good note , the rooms were clean and the food was decent. But the flush in the toilet was not working and the AC was ancient to say the least. Needed to turn on the ceiling fans along with the AC to bring the room temperature down to bearable level. Room service was decent. Parking space is small but you get the added security of being located in front of a police station😁. So note to self "Check toilet flush at least twice before check in." Unless ofcourse if you are a fan of watching whether your Expendables swim or sink.

Visited this place to have lunch with my friends.. the food was good and the price was also reasonable..

nice and good hotel in budget stay for local people to eat and also for the tourist who wanna come to tezpur can stay at this hotel.

Had a lunch some time ago. The food was great. The service was good. Overall 4/5 rating from my part.

Very bad experience,as we stayed in executive room,nothing was good not food, not even the room and the worst part is they park my car outside...

I spent three days . Room was spacious but amenities are poor. Aircondition, Bathroom geyser was not working . Resturant food quality was not good. Parking facilities are limited.

The place is good for eating and dining. The bar is a little overpriced but that compensates for the facilities. But the last time I went there, the food had too much oil. And the chow was fried a little too deep. The service, as usual was very good. The quantity is perfect against the price they charge. Overall , it was a very good feeling

Worst fooding experience...mutton Rogan Josh was just a simple mutton curry..

Decent rooms. Nice behaviour of services. Stayed for 1night. Good for layovers. Breakfast buffet is nice.

ACs are not working, bedsheets are durty under 1750/- tax extra but if you pay 2100/- per night you will get a quality room. Apart breakfast is very good in both the range.

They serve very delicious and hygienic food 😋

Test as always good but the problem is quantity of food very less.. But surprisingly last time when we visited quality +quantity both impress us

Basic rooms were not cleaned neither maintained properly. Only one switch is provided in room for charging. Only good point is it’s near the market.
