We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were good and cleaned. They do even provide hair dryer if needed. Staffs have been quite polite and helpfull throughout our stay.

If you are booking the facility, be cautious about power facility which frequently goes off with no proper alternative. I struggled to contact the room service and hotel authorities in the middle of night with one hour of darkness (No Power) which spoiled my online business call. After 10 PM there will be literally no room service or housekeeping available in the hotel. Moreover its and extension of the main KRC Place hotel at Tezpur an an adjecent building with very average facility not matching with the room rent they are charging. Very bad experience.

Nice place to stay for a stopover. It's called KRC Homestay (probably rebranding). Booking.com price was way cheaper so we booked from there. Rooms were clean. Restaurant food was yum too, priced on a higher range though. Friendly staff.

Nice place to stay. Courteous staff, clean rooms & good food. House keeping is in the afternoon, so inform desk, if you want otherwise. Only issue was, shower nozzles were part choked. Informed while checking out.

A good stay experience. This is not the actual KRC hotel but an additional building next to it with cheaper room rent options. Room rents in Tezpur are usually higher than some bigger cities. That's a negative. Otherwise the hotel was good. Food and breakfast was good as well. Location is in the heart of the town. Nothing to complain.

One of the best homestays in Tezpur Assam. Best this homestay there is KRC hotel which is even better. I was there for few days for some audit purpose at Dabur Tezpur, their food hotel staff amenities are just top class according to the place it is situation.

Horrible Experience during checkout. Room was good and clean, but they are money minded, only know how to collect extra money from guest. We are charged with extra 500 during checkout time for a simple small stain at the bed sheet. When we asked the reason and want to talk to manager regarding this, they refused to talk. As we were not shown actual charge of stain, they have lower the charge to 300. But they have no reason to collect extra money on such a ground as there are no option to collect charge for small stain at bed sheet in their rule book. On the same day they charged extra 1000 from another guest infront of us on such small ground. Goibibo should delist such fraud property. Extremely horrible checkout.
