Pathetic
communication
&
service
by
front
desk
management.
We
went
here
for
consulting
a
general
physician
for
my
friend.
He
had
fever
and
fatigue
and
just
to
be
sure
we
wanted
him
to
get
checked.
First
of
all,
in
this
city,
there
are
no
great
online
platforms
to
book
appointment
.
Out
of
the
12
calls
we
made
via
Practo
&
Google
maps,
all
of
them
were
on
leave
as
it
was
Saturday.
Lastly
this
Arya
hospital
responded
that
their
doctor
is
available.
The
moment
we
went
here
and
told
that
the
patient
has
mild
fever
and
wants
to
consult
doctor
--
even
before
we
could
see
the
face
of
doctor,
they
forced
us
towards
ticket
counter
to
book
ticket
and
buy
kit
for
RAT
test
for
Rs.400/-.
All
of
this
with
little
to
no
communication
-
in
a
forceful
coercive
manner.
As
if
we
are
criminals
and
they
are
shushing
us
out
of
that
place
immediately.
The
moment
we
walk
up
a
big
staircase
towards
the
ticket
counter-
which
I
had
no
interest
to
walk,
the
person
at
the
medicine
counter
-
couldn't
even
communicate
in
basic
Hindi
or
basic
English.
And
on
top
of
that
-
reckless
attitude.
After
30
minutes
of
this
paperwork
and
bill
payment
-
we
were
told
to
wait
in
the
parking.
No
setting
to
even
sit
down.
After
waiting
for
sometime,
one
guy
came
and
conducted
the
RAT
test.
He
couldn't
even
communicate
the
kit
result
in
any
of
the
languages
-
Hindi/English.
He's
continuously
talking
in
Assamese
and
acting
scared
as
the
result
is
positive.
They
immediately
told
me
to
go
to
emergency
section
to
talk
to
doctor,
on
behalf
of
my
friend.
Doctor
was
chilling
with
a
cup
of
tea.
I
thought
at
least
the
doctor
could
communicate
properly
and
with
concern.
But
in
reality
the
doctor
didn't
even
see
the
face
of
the
patient
and
ended
up
looting
1000/-
from
us
for
a
prescription.
The
main
part
comes
after
this.
The
doctor
just
asked
me
1-2
questions
and
sent
me
again
back
to
ticket
counter
to
get
to
ticket
for
prescription.
I
walked
those
long
stairs
again
and
the
talented
front
desk
manager
made
me
stand
for
literally
another
25-30
minutes
because
he
couldn't
get
his
printer
working
and
he
was
chit-chatting
with
other
female
nurses.
Not
even
once
did
he
think
that
there's
a
patient
in
fever
waiting
outside
in
cold
but
didn't
hesitate
to
be
reckless
in
his
language.
You
see
the
overall
picture
-
the
front
management
is
reckless
and
apathetic
towards
patient.
The
doctors
are
not
bothered
and
chilling
out
themselves.
NEVER
GO
TO
SUCH
COMMERCIAL
HOSPITALS
EVER!
