I've been in Arya Hospital for 18 days (10 days in the ICU) as I was in a very very critical condition....it's because of the doctors, nurses and all the other staff; who were so loving and so cooperative, I recovered in a comparatively lesser duration of time. The love and care that everyone in the hospital showered upon me is really unforgettable. They made me feel like home. I'm really thankful to them. And if asked, I'll recommend people to visit Arya hospital for any kind of medication. Thank You!❤

I am giving this one star because the hospital couldn't find the solution of my fathers health. After 1 week they gave up and referred to another hospital. It's good they told us early that they not able to find any cure. The nurses are caring. The receptionist are good and well behaved. The cabin or the room of patients are so and so. The food of the canteen are not good. The hospital has a parking problem. Overall the hospital is not so good not so bad.

They are particular about the cleanliness of the Hospital and are very organized about it. The facilities might not be state of the art but the behaviour of the staff and overall management is appreciable. My mother was admitted at the ICU once; post recovery, she never visits any other hospital than Arya not only because they know her medical history because she trusts their service. In my opinion it is an affordable and reliable solution. Overall a good hospital

Don't take treatment from this hospital. They loot patients by doing testing of no use. Doctor's can't event trace the problem of patient after doing all the testing. Doctor's there can't find the solution to the problems of patients after all the testing.

Have the reputation of Physician's fee free service. A multistoried private sector initiative. Good number of doctors in every department. Registration and prior appointment is necessary. The in-house laboratory is also active and attempts to place the report as soon as possible. It has been complained that some physicians claim their fees in the consulting chamber. We don't know if it is permitted.

Must say! Its a really good hospital and kinda reasonable then most private hospitals 🏥. My father was admitted to the ICU for illness. My father had the fastest recovery there because of intensive care of doctors and nurses. There are several doctor of different department they round up to see patients and give advice and review. Its a NABH affiliated hospital , all the staffs were cooperative and friendly. The hospital was also neat and clean. Thank you 👍😊

Though I have not availed any services from this hospital but I was searching for a good hospital in Guwahati n going through the reviews n it surprised me that hospital authorities only extended their replies against good comments they never assured their unsatisfied visitors for corrections or looking into their grievances which is not appreciated in hospitality business n also create a sense of doubt towards Arya hospital. Plz value each n every comments equally, if possible

My experience here was: 1. The receptionists are quite rude. they are not very empathetic. They talk with lots of attitude. They act as if we are asking money from them. My expenditure here was above 3 lakhs. 2. Doctors are gud. 3. Nurses are gud. Some nurses are very moody & rude. Sometimes they are very rude to older ppl of their grand parents age. 3. The general ward experience was not very gud. 4. Sanitary is good. but the hospital is very old..The furnitures are very old. 5. The support staffs are very good like Sanitary staff, sweeper..etc.. but few of smaller staffs were rude like liftman, 6. Keeping one attendent in our own cabin was useless rule, basless..i had to sleep many days on the reception floor rven when there was lots of place in gen ward.

My uncle is an alcoholic Unfortunately this hospital has made a great profit on my uncle's pathetic condition. Their modus operandi: 1] sorry condition unstable we have to admit in ICU 2] Still under observation, next 48 hours crucial 3] Transfer to general ward please bring these medicines, for next 2 days 4] Here is your a whopping bill in just 3 days time is 1,50,000 , OMG!!! please clear it we will discharge him This process has been a half yearly affair, repeated sometimes in 3 months also. To sum it up, neither has my uncle recovered nor has this hospital allowed him to have permanent recovery path. My uncle is like a milk cow to them who drinks and I think Arya Management just are happy to see him live as an alcoholic man

Great experience as a first timer at ARYA HOSPITAL. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and DR. NIHAL AHMED Sir were very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how DR. NIHAL AHMED Sir really took his long time to explain conditions with me as well as the treatment benefit. I had a great visit and the doctor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital.🙏🏻

Recently I went to Arya Hospital for second time, my mother was admitted for a week, during those days I found that Doctors are very concern towards their patients, but 30% nurses were not well trained. They are unprofessional and suspicious also. I wanna mention a name called Jyotika specially her behavior is very rude towards patients and the attendants because this kind of nurses people may not come back again to this hospital, one more thing I want to mention the pharmacist are very slow, they should take some typing classes before sit there, otherwise the hospital is good.

One of the oldest hospitals in the city. Its famous for the service rendered by the well known doctors of the state. But on my recent visit, i was depressed to see the lack of minimum facilities required to run a private hospital. I had an appointment for my mother with Dr. U C Sarma. On such a hot summer day in the month of september, i felt thirsty. I asked the receptionist for drinking water. I was directed to to the place in the first floor where the chiller water purifier had been installed. For my suprise, when i was about to take water, i couldn't see drinking glass. So i approached the nearby cafeteria area and asked the person over there for a glass. He denaied to give and asked me to go to the canteen in the ground floor. There in the canteen, they do have aquaguard but it was not in the working condition. Finally after a series of failure for a glass of drinking water, i had to contact the reception for the same. I was then astonised by the reply they gave. They told me that the water is available but they can't provide the glass. Even they have raised complaint against the same but it has not been sorted out by the management. When i went again to the ground floor for my mother's X-ray, i shamefully asked the radiologist in low voice for water. They asked whether the water needed was for me or my mother. When i told that it was for me, they just neglected the matter. And thus my strive for a glass of drinking water came to a tragic end. Thats how the private hospitals are running.

Yesterday, I traveled all the way from Nagaon to visit Arya hospital upon receiving a recommendation for my mother's ankle pain. Despite waiting for nearly three hours, we finally saw Dr. U.C. Sharma (Orthopedic). However, his demeanor was extremely disappointing. He seemed to carry himself with an air of superiority, as if he were an IAS officer. When I asked him questions about my mother's condition, his responses were not only impolite but also rude. After reviewing the X-ray report, he instructed us to bring the uric acid report to his home, which was quite far from the hospital. Upon reaching his home, we were left waiting for another half an hour before he attended to us. Despite my attempts to inquire about my mother's health, Dr. Sharma's responses were indirect and lacking in proper politeness. Considering the substantial fee of Rs. 600 paid for his services, I expected better treatment and the right to ask questions regarding my mother's condition. However, I refrained from voicing my dissatisfaction due to his advanced age (85+). As an advocate, I understand the importance of respect and professionalism, but I couldn't help feeling frustrated. One would expect someone of Dr. Sharma's age to have more empathy towards patients, rather than prioritizing monetary concerns.First and foremost, Dr. U.C. Sharma should learn proper professional behavior before entering this profession. In my opinion, he is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have encountered. I will not be recommending Dr. U.C. Sharma to anyone due to my recent experience.

Healthy food for kids starts with breakfast Kids who enjoy breakfast every day have better memories, more stable moods and energy, and score higher on tests. Eating a breakfast high in quality protein—from enriched cereal, yoghurt, milk, cheese, eggs, meat, or fish—can even help teenagers lose weight. Breakfast needn’t be time consuming. Boil some eggs at the beginning of the week and offer them to your kids each morning along with a low-sugar, high-protein cereal, and an apple to go. Make breakfast burritos filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, chicken, on a Sunday and freeze them. An egg sandwich, a pot of Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese, and peanut butter on wholegrain toast can all be eaten on the way to school.

Pathetic communication & service by front desk management. We went here for consulting a general physician for my friend. He had fever and fatigue and just to be sure we wanted him to get checked. First of all, in this city, there are no great online platforms to book appointment . Out of the 12 calls we made via Practo & Google maps, all of them were on leave as it was Saturday. Lastly this Arya hospital responded that their doctor is available. The moment we went here and told that the patient has mild fever and wants to consult doctor -- even before we could see the face of doctor, they forced us towards ticket counter to book ticket and buy kit for RAT test for Rs.400/-. All of this with little to no communication - in a forceful coercive manner. As if we are criminals and they are shushing us out of that place immediately. The moment we walk up a big staircase towards the ticket counter- which I had no interest to walk, the person at the medicine counter - couldn't even communicate in basic Hindi or basic English. And on top of that - reckless attitude. After 30 minutes of this paperwork and bill payment - we were told to wait in the parking. No setting to even sit down. After waiting for sometime, one guy came and conducted the RAT test. He couldn't even communicate the kit result in any of the languages - Hindi/English. He's continuously talking in Assamese and acting scared as the result is positive. They immediately told me to go to emergency section to talk to doctor, on behalf of my friend. Doctor was chilling with a cup of tea. I thought at least the doctor could communicate properly and with concern. But in reality the doctor didn't even see the face of the patient and ended up looting 1000/- from us for a prescription. The main part comes after this. The doctor just asked me 1-2 questions and sent me again back to ticket counter to get to ticket for prescription. I walked those long stairs again and the talented front desk manager made me stand for literally another 25-30 minutes because he couldn't get his printer working and he was chit-chatting with other female nurses. Not even once did he think that there's a patient in fever waiting outside in cold but didn't hesitate to be reckless in his language. You see the overall picture - the front management is reckless and apathetic towards patient. The doctors are not bothered and chilling out themselves. NEVER GO TO SUCH COMMERCIAL HOSPITALS EVER!

It's my personal experience I had never seen in my life such a bad hospital like Arya Hospital when I admitted my mom I experienced it,where patients were tortured by needless medicines & huge medicine , doctors comes every morning around 10 am to show their attitude that they are doctors, they were not come to safe the life of patients, after 10 am if any emergency occurs you won't get help from any doctors , it also beat Apollo hospital in term of cost ,you think what a hospital it is. There is many bad things to explain but I want to say one more thing that "Arya Hospital" is only mad for money . 😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡
