One of the best resorts of this area. It is adjacent to N.H 31. The area is very big. Good for the kids as they can play around. There is a party hall in the first floor. The rooms for stay are in good condition. Bar is also there with range of variety of liquors. The attendants are well mannered. Food quality is praiseworthy. On the way to visit Siliguri, Darjeeling and Sikkim one can stay here for a night and can enjoy the beauty of tea gardens.

Driving on NH and want to avoid near by Town traffic for the other restaurants option, then you might consider to have lunch, dinner here. Pros. The spacious dine in arrangements are decent. But when comes to tasty and good food experience, then this might not be upto your expectations. The Bar counter looked with quite a good options. Cons. Food: I tried menu like Mutton Biriyani, Chicken starters and they all are very average on taste. No Staff was wearing a Mask! Which is a symbol that what kind if hygiene might be maintained inside. Restroom: When last visited, was in horrible conditions and without water supply! So plz check before use if running water supply is there!

We stayed there in the month of December 2020. We were travelling to darjeeling from kolkata, and we took a break there at night. We didn't have any booking earlier. We called them around 1.30am, they replied very promptly and arranged 3 rooms for us at that night. We are really thankful for that. I must say entire resort is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. Bathrooms are quite big and attached with geyser. We left early morning, so don't know much about the food quality. All the staffs are very helpful and polite. Specially Mr. Zintu, he helped us a lot. He was the one who opened the gate and greeted us with a smiling face even at that late night, and arrange water, blanket, extra pillow etc without any question. It was great experience. Overall this is a lovely place to visit.

Awesome resort with multipurpose facilities like wedding ,get together, birthday party etc. A beautiful bar with good collection of drinks and also serves tasty and quality food at reasonable prive . Service is also good. Good place to visit with family and friends.

The Resort was booked for the Ring ceremony, which they managed very well. From decorating the hall to catering was very professional. Food tasting was also very good. The staff was also very friendly. If you can negotiate, it will be available at a very good price. There is no good arrangements for sound system only.

Went only to the Bar and Restaurant section. The resort itself is huge and open like a park from the inside. It's right next to a highway. Food is Decent. But the best place for a highway stop relatively in that area.

One of the best property to visit and spend time. Overwhelming experience well trained staff, great hospitality, quick service, easily approachable. Great location just beside NH34. Food quality not good and over prized. Staff is good. Car perking good. Quite large area with ample space for car perking.

The staff needs better training... laid - back attitude towards guest. Blankets were smelly, nit willing to change on request !

The resort is located exactly on the side of NH34. It's spreaded with an extremely large area along with ample parking space, a lot of rooms, garden and a bar cum restaurant. But the rooms were not so clean as we thought it would be by seeing the outside. Mostly the resort is being used for the restaurant only as it's on the highway. They should maintain the rooms as well.

Extremely dirty and like a ghost place, abandoned and remote. Bugs, cobwebs and non functional hot water geyser. Blanket which has probably never been washed and pillows that can sprain your neck. Better avoid and sleep in a trucker motel. This place is worst than that too.

Worst service I have ever seen. Their behaviour is so rude. We had to request for everything, whereas it the staff members duty to serve. But they are so much casual. Humbleness or politeness are not in their dictionary I guess. Specially the manager, he is so much rude. We had to leave the half completed food, just because of his behaviour. Please don't go. Their behaviour is not in a good stage that we can take.

We found this the best place to stay on this highway. Good rooms and safe place with ample of parking. A multicuise restaurant is also there.

The resort is great for both official as well as family gathering. Situated across the National Highway, it has easy accessibilty and has good rest rooms. Delicious food, positive hospitality and green aesthetics of the place is the cherry on the cake!!

Regrettably, the service provided by this hotel fell far below expectations. The staff exhibited a notable lack of attentiveness, resulting in a disappointing experience. Moreover, the overall cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired. However, it is worth mentioning that the bathrooms stood out as a positive aspect, providing a commendable level of quality.

Miramar Resort is one of the unique resorts which has a big open area. You will have a very peaceful experience as the place is very calm. It has got the nature vibes with trees and bushes around, the grass is green, all of this provides a rejuvenating feel. A great place for family. For the price of room and food, the quality is very good. Property is big and rooms are very spacious. Food quality is really good, not too spicy, service is fast. You can get alcohol as well and price is reasonable.
