Absolutely appalled at the service at Dr. Rina Devs clinic. We took our little kitten and adult cat for a grooming appointment to their clinic in Khar. While our adult cats grooming session went absolutely fine, what happened with our little kitten was horrific. The grooming staff took our kitten inside for her turn and didn’t come out for a long time. After awhile they came out and called us inside. When we did go inside we saw our kitten inside a cage horrified and bleeding from both paws. Upon asking to take her out and help, they said “what if she attacks us” at which point we had to fight for them to let us take her out. They were trying to dry her with a hair dryer in the cage while she was struggling, distressed and trying to escape. They witnessed her get hurt and start bleeding and did nothing about it. We finally had to call dr. Murtaza who was kind enough to help stop her bleeding and clean her wounds. When we called Dr. Rina obviously livid and trying to not only give feedback but also enquire what went wrong, she was absolutely egoistic, started to ask us to not talk to her like this( all we did was be assertive) and started to shift the blame onto our kitten and her trying to escape and how it’s normal for this to happen rather than accepting that her staff put her in and refused to get her out. For a vet you expect them to have some empathy and understand when an animal is distressed and BLEEDING. Absolutely appalled at the inept grooming staff and the response from a senior vet like Dr. Rina. We have over seven pets and have worked with multiple vets and know what is normal and what is not when it comes to the handling of animals. This is absolutely unacceptable and while I highly recommend Dr. Murtaza and his practice, I absolutely do not think the staff at the clinic is proficient enough to handle or understand animals.

One of the worst vet clinic I don't recommend this to anyone I took my pet squirrel to their dr rina dev clinic due to a teeth treatment. The careless of the takla doctor could have costed us his entire life. Our squrriel is very fine nothing happens to him. We just went for his teeth treatment. Takla doctor was their he hold the squirrel so tightly due to that squrriel stop breathing his self n passed away. We pray that He will get the experience very soon from wich we are suffering right now.

I would request everyone to please think twice before going to this veterinary because we have lost our loving Blue and Gold Macaw (Name : Sky). He was so loving and gentle that we never even dreamed that he would not be with us today. He had just injured his beak, and because of that, he had to undergo for a minor surgery when we took him to this clinic for the surgery only for his injured beak they took him in the room and that time my bird was very active and after two hours when they bought him out he was dead, only God and the ppl in the room knows what had happen, they didn't even tell us how our bird died. We lost out loving bird and also after our case I tried to find out about this veterinary and I came to know many many things about it, there are many ppl who has lost their pet when they bought their pet to this clinic for some minor reasons. Also, when I took my bird for the surgery I was not aware that the main doctor Rina Dev was not available at that day she was in USA, and when I put pressure of the ppl who were working there then they told us that she is not here and Medical Students (Assistance) did my birds surgery. I didn't understand that when the main doctor is not available, how can they give us an appointment and do the surgery with the doctor, and just because of their carelessness, I lost my bird. After my RND about this clinic, I understood that these people don't care about the pets' lives, but they just want to earn money, and that is what they are constantly doing

Amazing team of doctors at Dr. Rina Dev’s vet clinic- with Dr. Rina and Dr. Murtuza! They have helped me a lot with my budgies and actually detected the root cause instead of beating around the bush with book knowledge of possibilities. They really know their stuff. Thank you doctors for helping me out each time. I wish I hadn’t lost my previous bird due to negligence of some cracks who call themselves doctors. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rina and her team to any pet parent.

It was my first time today at Dr. Rina's Clinic and found that the doctor and staff behaves arrogantly with pets parents and gets irritated with the questions we asked and answers sarcastically. I always believed that doctors words and talks can work as a medicine but here they get annoyed by our queries. They should understand that we are not doctors to understand everything at once and should explain the findings and treatment properly. I am not happy with the service. She is not behaving kindly with parents and pets she is very rude given wrong treatment to pets

I wish there was an option to rate her zero stars. Before the commencement of any treatment on my pet the receptionist used to be ready with the bill.They just play with your emotions. Wish I could rewind and go back in time, mend my mistake by not going to this clinic and save my baby. This is the worst kind of pain anybody can feel. Very poor prognosis. My bird was registered shots assuming he was suffering from Aspergillosis fungal infection and the results for the same were negative and the whole team of doctors very well knew my bird suffered a enlarged liver this was the biggest blunder. Imagine the pain and the agony my baby bird had to go through. Advanced and personalised machines and equipments but please don’t be fooled by all this. It’s all about money making. If I had other options in Mumbai I wouldn’t have gone to rina devs clinic. They’re quite curt too they don’t explain or have any courtesy of explaining what’s happening. Negligence personified In today’s world nobody feels sorry for loss of life just except lip sympathy If i have to opine Its once bitten Twice shy. If you’ll want to save your pets please don’t go to this clinic. I am just beyond devastated.

Amazing treatment and care received by Dr Rina Dev for our Umbrella Cockatoo. Very much recommended for your pets as she will assist being at par. Thank you Doc 👍

Outstanding care taken for all my pets . I am parent to 20 cats and all of them have at some point of time needed veterinary care and it has been taken at the clinic in an incredible manner . I recommend the clinic to all the pet parents who love their children.
