    Tiniest rooms, which are more suitable for a bachelor, however not suitable for a family of three as well, with exceptionally huge price tags on it.

    Very well maintained. Adjacent to Kalu River. Some of the play and exercise equipment not maintained or damaged. 24*7 security Only Regency Sarvam residents can have access. Too many flover plants which add into beauty of park.

    Beautiful Park. Besides Park, River is flowing which adds beauty to the Park. Very well designed and maintained. Needs some improvement and regular maintenance since some of the parts damaged or in worst condition. Stray Dog menace has increased manifold in and around park But, This park is completely pollution free, sinc to vehicular traffic is there or no factories nearby.

    Park is for men women kids is very nice but not taken properly care of tress ,lon of the garden . It has been notified that want to repair broken tiles at sarounding aria of fountain. Please do the needful. For better
