Nice place for authentic looking Indian arts and crafts to liven up you living space. High quality work though a little expensive. Items are neatly grouped displayed which you can feel and touch and then decide to buy.

Bought the copper coated water bottle for like 2000 rupees!! I just used it once and this is the state now… what a scam! I did check with the sales lady before purchase if this is genuine copper coating and she said yes! Looking at the condition of the bottle now I think I just ingested a cocktail of heavy metals 🙄 Beware of what you buy from this store… heavily priced with very poor quality!

Absolutely pathetic service. The manager/attendant is extremely rude, has no courtesy to talk or behave with customers. He mentally believes he owns the store. Been a fan & a regular customer to this store, never stepping inside this store again. Extremely humiliating. And now I really don't need the automated response from the brand as I see for the other reviews here.

This iconic store had a great selection of arts, crafts, handwork, good items etc that are all Indian and mostly all Mumbai. Excellent place to go to for gift ideas.

The staff there is extremely rude and arrogant and don't know how to respect their patrons. MR ARUN from Vashi Store who claims to be the store Manager is extremely cocky headed and arrogant who does not know what to speak where.... extremely poor customer service
