The 'TATA' trust is being hammered by the employees here. Personnel is not here for customer service. They were having a small dance party while having us. We selected ornaments with the help of a staff whose heart was wandering with what colleagues were doing and were too eager to join them after and left us midway. Very limited items were shown somehow we were able to find what we wanted but then came the last nail, billing usually takes 10 minutes max but after waiting for 1 hour we left without purchasing. Mistakes are acceptable but this is true ignorance and this is not the way to serve your client. I'm disappointed..

Tanishq has excellent collection. Can give five star for their customer service - was worth the visit to find the best ear rings for our daughters. We were served by Anu who was very friendly and helped us to get the things which fitted our budget and taste.

I was in search of 18k gold ornaments for a new born baby. About one day back I had checked it online and was satisfied with the kind of collection available. But on visit at Calicut show room, I was disappointed. There was lack of varietal collection. But the staff was very helpfull. I would not like to recommend Tanishq, Calicut for 18k or 14k gold purchase.

One of the male staff was a total disaster with no patience and no interest in showing what the customer wanted. Was a pain getting anywhere with him. Also had an issue with us not going hung ho on our purchases. Most shoppers come to Tanishq fir good customer services. If haggling was the order of the day wouldn't mind going to the local gold shop. Poor show. Have been visiting Tanishq at lots of places and it was customer care which usually drew us to it time and again. Had informed the management about the sloppy service. I am sure they will not take notice.
