Nice shop. All things are available in this store. Dresses, grocery all are available in this store. It is two floor shop. Ground floor is for grocery. and upper floor is for cloths. Great collection.

A cozy mall with other businesses inside. It's a hub with shopping availability from brands like Pantaloons, Rene, Biba, max, reliance footprints along with a super affordable food court with variety of options.

Store is good. if you buy directly from store is fine. Do not buy online. 60% cases some products are missing. When I discover and call them they informed nothing can be done because I should call them within 24 hours. I agree that letting them know immediately helps the store to track. But why the product is missing in first place? This happened multiple times.

Adequately stocked and well staffed...this place is a good place to pick up one's groceries and other essentials 👍🏻😀

Good place to spend little time..coz I felt like empty ....few popular food brand was there , Spencer was there and Inox and few playground and playing space for children

Variety of the products is missing, limited stock. Not very organised. VM is not up to the mark like other Spencer's in renowned malls. Stuffs need to be more groomed.

Don't have much stock product, you may find product is 1/3 pieces and they won't have any extra in stock. (Happened to be more than 4 times) They don't use all the casher counter at all time. You will see Most employees are gossiping and all the customer's are lining behind only one or two cash counter, while they can open the other counter if they want to but they don't. They very well love to waste their customers valuable time.

It's two floored. At ground floor it has good items . Packet foods as well as fresh vegetables. Bakery items are there. However they don't have fridge for cold coffee or lassi. They offer minimum discount on very few items. At the cash counter they are very helpful. At second floor they have clothes, kitchen appliances, trolley bags, shoes,bed sheets- towels and useful items. This Spencers located at Star Mall barasat (madhyamgram). They have good space for parking. The parking is well managed by the out sourced parking team. Four wheeler parking costs you 20 rupees per entry and 20 per hour basis. Two wheeler parking costs 10 rupees per entry and 10 rupees per hour. It has provision to keep your helmet at basement parking lot. 10 rupees per helmet. This star mall has two types of parking lot one is in open air and one is in basement.

Located inside Star Mall Madhyamgram. Well organised and you can get most of your daily needs groceries

Not the best ambience! AC never works in Food court, which in either way extremely mismanaged!

They seldom attain their customers, rather than busy their own job. if you want something you have to find by your own effort. there no another person are have to help you.

A big departmental store on the ground and first floor of Star Mall. Has most of the daily necessities and a very helpful staff. Their home delivery system is the best, both the online and in store version. Their fish and chicken section is a bestseller and the cakes from the patisserie section are too yummy.

Spacious with a decent range of products but when you can’t deliver a high ASP product(>3500 INR) to a delivery location situated 1km flat from the store in almost 24 hours, questions will be raised about your SLA truthfulness and dedication. Very disappointed.

It is quite big mall with lots of vendors like Spencer's. In this mall Spencer's having good amount of stock of various kind of products. Also the location is easily accessible from other locations.

This place is big and stocks of the items and varieties are also there. From home appliances to trolley bags to washroom cleaning kit to everything is available here. When I went today some discounts and offers were ongoing. All over it didn't disappoint and like other Spencer's, this branch is also quite affordable with lots of varieties.

This is a supermarket store with all the needs of daily life. You can find everything here from organic to non organic food items, packaged items, meat, fish, cakes, glass items, plastic items, Homer decor items and also you can find hard drinks at the last corner of the ground floor.

Having a good number of shops, Spencer, Pantaloons. The food court is very sophisticated, the ambience is nice, and the food is also tasty.
