Worst.. Worst.. Worst... I wish I could give this villa a negative star, because it does not deserve even one star. I had a terrible experience at this villa last week. The owner was very dishonest and greedy. He did not honor our online reservation that we made through a third party for 2700/day for 3 days. He claimed that he had no information about it and that he had no rooms available for 3 days. However, he showed us some rooms and asked us to pay 4K/day for them. We had no choice but to agree because all the other hotels were booked. He also tried to trick us into staying at his friend’s villa, which was very ugly and still cost 3.5K/day. We later found out that some of the rooms at his villa were empty the whole time. He just wanted to charge us more money than the online price. The rooms were not worth 4K/day at all. They were dirty, noisy, and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this villa to anyone. It was the worst place I have ever stayed at

No TV, no basic heater provided, also heater was chargeable for rs 400 per hour. Also allowing to smoke and drink in the common halls which affects families like us with a 3 year kid. After arrival was made to pay the full amount immediately plus extra 1000 to round off to 10k. The extra 1k was also discounted on account of dinner served. First denied complementary breakfast, only when strongly insisted accepted for complementary breakfast. An egg kuruma which they served with 2 eggs cost around 400. Only plus is that there is a supermarket nearby and it's within the city limits. The owner of the villa took the phone suddenly out of my hands and put the ratings all by himself. Their hospitality was okay. Rooms ceiling paint was dropping when when we were in the room, washbasin pipe is rattling, some red worms were coming in the water. Water heater was good. Bathroom was okay ish. Would I recommend going here? Nope not again.

We booked and went but after going there owner said no rooms available and asked 1500 extra per day. He talks very smoothly but very cunning person. Bathroom ceiling was leaking and room and bathroom had molds festering everywhere in walls and ceiling. Never going there again.

Our room did not have a fan/ tv/ ac and we were informed that we ll be charged 200rs per hour if we need a heater... but the heater did not work in the plugs provided in our room. We were asked to pay the entire amount at the time of checkin. Food was good but everyday it was delayed and was costly too, One egg gravy costed 400rs. We stayed at this place with our 3 year old kid and one night when we entered the first floor entrance where our room was, it was full of cigarette smoke in the common area and soiled plates were there everywhere which were cleaned only in the morning. Receipt/ bill will be provided only if u insist. No ample parking space during season time and we parked our vehicle on the road. Do not go by the 5star rating, it could be the ones posted by the owner/ friendly staff. Overall a disappointing experience and not sure if the place was worth the money we paid.

The location of the property is great, the food and hospitality is top notch. There's also a parking for 3-4 cars and a small garden overlooking the rooms which adds to the experience. Overall a great stay.

It's very nice place, and owner also very friendly Very nice man, and room also very clean . It's awesome place... We are family staying Happyly and breakfast aslo very nice it's home made .. I. M really Happy for tat.. room hot water, clean , bed service all are very nice... I. choose better and best villa... Thank you for your cooperation...

Good place to stay, our child 9 months 0ld sudden I'll at 11 pm ,The owner kind enough to take our family in his car to hospital ,got emergency treatment & child is so fine now very helpful friendly & great service.Amazing service with great ambiance 👍🏻

We from Calcutta family group stayed 2 days. We cooked our own food. This place roof top is spacious over all we enjoyed 🙏🙏
