The view from the hotel was stunning! The rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in the deluxe rooms with balcony which also had an attached dining space. Satish, the property manager was extremely cordial and courteous. He took good care of us and made sure we were comfortable. The food served was also delicious and sufficient quantity. If you are looking for a stay away from the proper city on a higher ground then this is an ideal place to be. Overall, we had a great stay.

Like location and the view. Property is very clean. The team should work to find a solution for power failure, no battery or generator backup was there during my stay

Stayed with wife and two kids here last week and indeed this was a memorable experience. Courteous and Friendly staff with great environment for staying. Food offered is with fixed menu and options for Veg or Non Veg is available. Facility is maintained properly. Special request for kids are also followed. I specially liked and enjoyed the camp fire organised during nights. Would like to recommend this to anyone going for excursion to Ooty. Once again great stay....

Atrium Grande is the best place to stay in Ooty. We stayed there for two days It was wonderful experience. Rooms were very sufficient and comfortable. Persons those who are there to take care of us, are doing fabulous job. Specially, I should mention about the food, It was really delicious home made food with outstanding hospitality.

I cannot express how delightful my experience was at Atrium Grande! From the moment I arrived, the host's genuine hospitality made a world of difference. They not only welcomed me with open arms but also took the time to guide me through every aspect of my stay, ensuring I felt completely at ease.The food they served is exactly like home food and it is very delicious. The sense of security and comfort provided by the host was truly remarkable. It felt like I was staying in home rather than in a hotel. Very cordial staff. Owner Satish took personal interest in making our stay comfortable. The food was delicious and room service was excellent. A nice shared living room in addition to a private bedroom. The only drawback is the patchy road leading to the resort. Will definitely recommend.

It was very good because welcoming at ooty station along with vehicle. Then the location of hotel. The room and bed was nice and tidy. Arrangement of food was excellent. Four days stay at Ooty is bit long but the hospitality provided by the staff was noteworthy. Slightly the climate was upset on first day despite that they took us to Coonoor where the climate and sightseeing was wonderful

Amazing view. The rooms are immaculate. Well furnished,. 5 stars for the the interior and balcony view is simply breathtaking. But most of all what made us really enjoy the stay was great hospitality by the residence manager Mr. Satish. Very helpful staff that made our stay in this already beautiful residence a much more pleasurable experience. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting ooty. Come for the view and stay for the hospitality.

The balcony view is worth for the money you pay and the service is exceptional. Satish is an amazing host, he makes you comfortable with all the ways he can.. A very hard worker.
