I
gotta
let
it
out
–
I'm
beyond
frustrated
with
the
way
this
property
management
team
has
handled
a
crucial
issue
in
my
apartment.
On
January
3rd,
2024,
I
hit
up
my
property
agent
(Nick
Jiang)
about
a
broken
and
busted
fridge.
He
told
me
to
shoot
him
an
email
with
the
deets,
promising
to
get
someone
on
it
ASAP.
Cool,
right?
Wrong.
I
have
been
waiting
from
10
am
to
3pm,
and
my
inbox
is
emptier
than
a
Monday
morning
coffee
shop.
So,
I
brave
the
call
center
maze
again,
only
to
end
up
chatting
with
(Natalee
Butcher),
the
Queen
of
Unhelpfulness.
She
basically
tells
me
to
forget
about
their
team
and
fix
the
fridge
myself.
Like,
seriously?
This
ain't
just
unprofessional;
it's
a
one-way
ticket
to
Tenant
Nightmareville.
I've
dealt
with
my
fair
share
of
property
managers,
but
this
takes
the
cake
for
sheer
incompetence.
My
frustration
levels
are
off
the
charts,
and
I've
burned
more
time
on
this
than
I
care
to
admit.
Oh,
and
get
this
–
the
team
lead
Karen
(Renita
Singhcalls)
called
me
back
after
I
dropped
this
Google
bomb.
But
instead
of
an
apology,
they
acted
like
they're
the
heroes
of
the
story.
According
to
them,
this
is
the
best
service
they
can
muster.
Hats
off
to
you,
Crocker
Management
Team!
If
I
could
rate
this
dumpster
fire
experience,
I'd
give
it
a
solid
0/5.
And
to
anyone
thinking
of
trusting
this
property
company's
reliability
–
think
again.
You're
practically
guaranteed
a
front-row
seat
to
your
own
tenant
horror
show.
Oh,
and
save
your
standard
reply,
Crockers.
I
don't
need
another
“Kia
ora,
sorry
to
hear
that”
copy-paste.
Your
email's
as
useless
as
your
property
management
skills.

and
broken
