The massage itself was good. The reception staff was nice and even were willing to give discounts. The masseuse was a little problematic because he kept making comments about my weight and body and was asking me to exercise regularly despite me telling him that I have health issues. He was telling sob stories all throughout the massage and didn't let me be peaceful.

Had wonderful experience at SanthiSukham Center. Had full body massage and mind relaxation massage. Ms. Archana was very professional and kind. It was worth visiting!

This was my first time doing Ayurvedic massage. I took the Rejuvenation + Kizhi massage package. The owner of the spa was sweet enough to give us a discount. Megha was great! She took into consideration all my problem areas and how much pressure I wanted, and made sure to customize the treatment accordingly. I will definitely recommend her!

I would highly recommend this place for a good relaxing massage. The staff is very professional and experienced. Specially a girl named Agnes has done a very good massage here. Her knowledge on the pressure points was good, she knew the right pressure at the right places.

We had full body massage. It was really relaxing. Manikuttan (for my husband) and Megha (for me) did a wonderful job. They were very patient, calm and did extra things to make us feel comfortable. The price is very very reasonable and it is totally worth it. They gave discount and even took care of our bags as we were traveling and transported us to the massage location. They listened to our needs and guided us. Thanks to Mani kuttan, Megha and the owner! We highly recommend this center. They genuinely care about their clients.

It was a wonderful experience coming to this Centre. The doctors here are very experienced and understanding and the therapists are extrremely knowledgeable and well trained. The staff is also flexible and helps you find your comfort zone. The best Ayurvedic Panchkarma experience one can ask for right in the heart of Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram). Will visit here again!

Honestly I don’t know why there are good reviews. This was the worst massage I’ve ever experienced. It was completely unprofessional and not an Ayurveda relaxing massage at all. Please avoid going here. Instead go to a Spa inside a hotel that is a little more relaxing than this experience. Why this was a terrible experience: - located in a bit of a strange place, everyone was looking at me - though I specified I only wanted a certain massage, they still asked if I want the bundle pack. Makes me feel like they want me money - they made me pay for the services in advance - facilities are not that welcoming. No water offered. No ambiance at all. - no AC - massage room was a tiny little room with no place to put my valuables/clothes - no explanation of massage was done, or oil that was going to be used - the lady who did my massage was standing in the room and watching me as she told me to undress. No towel was provided for me - head and should massage was done while sitting on a plastic stool. This cannot be considered a massage as there was nothing relaxing about it - once on the massage table it felt like she was merely rubbing oil on my body in a very rough way. No specific movements. No massage technique. Very uncomfortable and at times I was about to yell (but I didn’t) because it was that bad. - I wanted to do a facial too but at this point I had enough and I said no facial. I guess this was not understood. This facial means putting on layers of some face mask with some rough paint brush. - after the massage I was covered in oil and it was not properly washed off. There were no washroom facilities provided and no towel given to me to clean myself afterwards - during the massage, twice someone knocked on the door and entered. Very unprofessional I felt so terrible afterwards that I rushed out to the nearest hotel to clean myself up. I’m sorry, I’ve had a few massages before and this was the worst experience I have ever had and it was not an Ayurvedic massage nor experience. Please don’t go here and instead go to Ramada hotel spa because they care for your well-being

You get what you pay. Massage was okay but the room was disgusting. No chance to relax… I even had to wash my face from the cremes by myself after the face massage was done. I would recommend relaxing background music (not the sound of a ventilator) and a bit more modern room

this salon have nothing to do with ayurvedic massage. Its a scam. I've been today with my girlfriend at the adress indicated on maps and since it has 4.8 in reviews we tought is a decent salon. First the price was 2000inr on ads and when i proposed 1400 the lady was immediately agree so probably for indians prices is half of that. After we where told the 'new location' with equipment is in another location 2' away and tuk tuk will bring us. we agree, ok. The room had no AC, was small and unhygienic the oil used was more or less coconut cooking oil, horrible smell and filthy feeling after, since you are soaked in oil. My massage was made by a round guy named Johnson who come sweating and felt like is breaking my bones but ok despite i didn't like the oil at all and couldn't really breath due to small room, no AC but the usual useless 'helicoper' ventilator and that old cooking oil smell. The guy was friendly and i resisted until the end cause what can i do i payed upfront by card...my girfriend she received massage from a slim older lady that was looking intensely at her since we are foreigners but the main thing is that her massage was more like a soft touch, to put the cooking oil on the body absolutely no pressure at all, not really a massage, nothing professional but a mothers touch. First you massage the feet of client without washing them and then you put the same dirty oily hands on the face of client...disgusting and you carry on the massage afterwards she starred at my girlfriend when she was naked and took shower in the end to get rid of the oil instead of waiting outside. We asked to have a shower before couse was 38 degree and come from a boat trip and wet, we where told initially that no problem you will have shower before but all was on fast forward just to take our money. We travelled most of Asia and beside that the prices are half in Vietnam/Thai/Cambodia etc. you feel bit rejuvenated afterwards not regretting that you waste ur money on cooking oil. Avoid this salon and be very cautious with ur 'ayurvedic massage' recommended by guesthouses since they all get a commission to send you to places...

Massage was really nice, we took the rejuvenation massage; but no relaxing music and the therapist had her phone out loud ringing so many times. Also picking up the calls at the same time she was massaging me. Not cool at all once i cometo the place to relax.

It’s 2023, came after the covid pandemic. My 3rd visit here with my husband and am so thankful for the treatment given for him. We are satisfied and grateful for support given by Doctors and staffs alike. And this time both my sisters from London came, and they too are satisfied for the Ayurvedic treatment.

I have done Abhyanga (ayurvedic massage) and it was just awesome. I have done this at other places but the experience at Santhisukham was different. Mr Manikuttan was the therapist and he was a thorough professional with very good knowledge of Ayurveda and skill. Given a chance I would recommend every body to experience this.

Heard of keralas ayurveda massage for years. This time to my visit, i made sure i had one. Myself and my partner choose different packages. Mine was rejuvenate and kizhi. Vishwanath was my masseuse and he was brilliant. He was polite. He kept of asking about pressure. Made me feel comfortable. I wish i could take one massage every month.

Even though i’ve had massages before many a times in several places including in my hometown; varanasi.. but THIS WAS UNIQUE. I took ‘Kijhi’ massage… and instantly felt lightweight. There were several knots in my body especially in my back & all were released thereafter. Experience was very fine :) 👍

I went for a potli massage with Manju. Her gesture of prayer for her clients before starting the massage was really appreciable.. her gentle massage with soft spoken behaviour ws good. It helped in my backpain issues. Centre is clean with good ambience .

I had a great rejuvenation massage with Sunitha. I love the scalp massage and facial. This is an ayuverdic clinic so massage and setting were done in the traditional manner. Pressure was good and always ask if you need something. Thank you Sunitha - you are a great therapist 😊
