Overall decent service except two issues - 1) The first car and driver that service provided me did not know Hindi and it caused some churn and delay in onboarding the cab at pickup location. 2) The driver who actually took us was rude during the Pamban bridge stoppage. On asking why we can't stop there when others have stopped already, he started shouting at us instead of explaining calmly that police can charge fine. (I noticed this rudeness and short tempered behavior all across Tamilnadu, at temples, shops, cab drivers, auto drivers, policemen).

Awesome car rental company Saddam is a very good driver ,very nice person and car was very good cost of travel in budget ...experienced drivers ,clean cars ...owner Satheeshji is a very nice person.. We have used their service twice...one for the local rameshwaram tour and the other for kumbakonam drop off... Both the drivers (Vinoth Kumar & Saddam) can speak English and Hindi...I recommend them to everyone who plans to rent Trips in their future!  Overall great experience... I hope to use these travels again and again 😊😊👍

Great service. They arranged a sightseeing tour in Rameswaram and a one-way trip to Kanyakumari. The drivers were punctual and quite friendly. The cars they used were comfortable and spacious. TLDR: the best bang for your buck.

I choose this based on Google review. Then made a call and spoke with the concerned person. Immediately after an enquiry they sent the VAN pics to my WhatsApp and asked to choose.. Based on that I've decided to go with them. Since the cab looked good Later upon arrival during the trip start the VAN which arrived to pick up us was different. It was not even maintained well. The AC was not even working just the Fan is running. Seats are not comfortable. Later upon hard discussion. They decided to change the VAN. That took another 45min delay. Even after the delay we didn't get a VAN instead we got two Car's. That made our group to seperate and travel. The whole day was spoiled.

Rude customer service. Charge high rates for additional tourist places. Miscommunications between the driver and owner. For smooth travelling experience I don't recommend this travels. Pathetic service.
