Not delicious as I expected. The view is beautiful and luxurious. The stuffs are also nice. However even for the salty bean, we have to order. I am a little surprised.

Good food, however the air is very moist and oily (As suspected) Great place for BBQ though.

My family came on normal day with reservation beforehand and we are one of first few customers at that time (at 5:30PM Thursday). First staff who we met was impolite and not well-trained. While she was very welcoming to other tables which has foreigners; she had cold face and just let us there once guided us to our table; not asking for taking orders and let us to organize tableware ourselves. Later, there was another staff to support the area and provided better services. Food was good with same quality as famous branches in the city center

Although we didn’t eat their food quite a long time, but Uraetei still maintains the same taste among different stores. But the food is just average. If you want to have some Japanese or Korean BBQ, there’s always better choices in Saigon.

This place is always full of people. Noisy and restless... Okay... but the food itself was alright . fresh beer is good (All the meat is seasoned)

Posh restaurant with top-notch service and food. Serve Japanese food with good taste and nice presentation. Have common booth and private room. Nice atmosphere. Suitable for family or couples. The price is high but reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We came 10 minutes early and were told to wait. We came back at the exact time that we booked and was told to wait again. Cashier wasnt even present 69% of the time. Terrible customer service

I had a terrible dinner this Monday. While we were still in our meal, the staff started cleaning up noisily. Then, the sound of washing dishes was unusually loud. The staff started to collect the condiments at our table. We finally go out of restaurant around 9:45 pm after they cleaned up the dishes that were still in use and the food that was still on the table. It was a meeting with a customer and we had to move tables once because of water dripping from the air conditioner. I don't think we will return to your restaurant again

The service was terrible today. First, the iPad for ordering wasn't working. So we called the waitress to order, but she was rude and unfriendly. Then, later on, she forgot to give us one of our dishes - she left it outside the room (unknown to us). After I called again to ask about the dish, it was finally brought in from right outside. When I mentioned the food was cold to the waitress, she offered no apology or solution. Just a blank stare. This is the kind of service that makes me never want to come back, even if the food was up to standards, which it certainly was not tonight.

First of all, I have to say that the food and service are awesome, and it is one of our favorite places to have lunch or dinner. However, during our last visit on Saturday, July 29th, 2023, an avoidable incident occurred. While my 3-year-old daughter was playing around the bridge in the courtyard, a sake fruit fell down just 50 cm away from her. Fortunately, nothing happened. However, there could have been a serious accident, as the fruit fell from a height of 4-5 meters. After informing the staff about the incident, the security guards quickly removed the fruit and acted as if nothing had happened. Unfortunately, further discussion was not possible as no one on the staff spoke English. I want to bring this to the attention of the management team and suggest that all these potentially hazardous fruits be removed from the premises. They pose a real danger to all customers who visit the restaurant.

Nice atmosphere although loud as we were close to families with children (should probably separate couples from families), iPad menu complicates the order process rather than help, staff not helpful. Food quite mediocre for the price. Will not come back

Solid and reliable Japanese BBQ choice in Saigon. Always great food and good service. Our go to for weekend lunch and has never let us down.
