If you want to taste decent Vietnamese cuisine that is the place you should go. They have original dishes with delicious tastes. We have ordered diced beef with mangos, dragon bean, stewed chicken with lotus soup, fish with vegetables(I don’t remember its name) and bird nest with tropical fruits as a desert. They were all delicious and the service was great with friendly staff.

“Madame Lam - A Michelin-Listed Vietnamese Fusion Cuisine in Thao Dien, Price Considerations Needed” Located in the Thao Dien area of Ho Chi Minh, known for its expat community, Madame Lam is a Vietnamese fusion restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide. It offers a modern twist to traditional Vietnamese dishes, gaining popularity among foreigners as well. Taste is subjective, and in my experience, the flavors were average, but the blend of Vietnamese culinary traditions with contemporary styles was intriguing. However, it’s worth noting that the prices here are on the higher side, so keep that in mind before visiting. The service from the staff was impressive, providing friendly and professional service, enhancing the dining experience. The restaurant’s interior also strikes a unique balance between modern design and Vietnamese traditional elements. Madame Lam is popular among the expats in Thao Dien and is recommended for those wanting to experience modern Vietnamese cuisine. Just be mindful of the higher pricing when planning your visit.

Took my fiancée there for her birthday dinner. Staff are very nice and the food was very good. Not Michelin star gastro good but still enjoyable and succulent. The food is better and the prices are honestly below other restaurants with better reputation. I would recommend.

During our short stay in Thao Dien we enjoyed four meals at Madam Lam. As much as we have eaten around at other local restaurants I can say with certainty this is by far the best experience. Food - cooked to perfection. Vietnamese with a slight fusion twist resulted in flavors familiar but also as I’ve never experienced. Try the Bo Luc Lac you won’t regret it! The Chef is amazing and an amazing guy. He came to the table multiple times to check on us and chat about the menu. The food is 10/10! Service - Like the luxury hotel with the same owners in An Phu, the service is absolutely top-notch. My wife wiped her brow and the chef came out and turned up the AC. She pulled her hair back and the waiter brought a tray with hair ties. They don’t miss anything! 10/10 Ambience - Perfect setting! Clean and very Indochine fashionable. Again, like the hotel everything Madam Làm touches seems to just one perfect. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, you can eat all three here. 10/10 Value - absolutely affordable and lower than comparable spots by a long ways. The final bill will shock you in a positive way. For example, we had three people for lunch. Appetizers, main courses, drinks (non alcoholic), and desert. The price was lower than a similar establishment we dined the prior evening only we had two people, one appetizer, one main course each, no drinks for that meal. Huge bang for your buck! 10/10 In closingx, out this spot on your list and don’t miss it if you can help it. If you want to double your pleasure book a stay at Mia Saigon and enjoy!

The Vietnamese fusion dish recommended by Michelin, locate in Thao Dien. Taste, the food is okay, but the service is average.

Such a great experience. A bit crowded during diner time but their servers still accommodate all your requests. The taste is amazing. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful time in Madame Lam. It was a best experience in Vietnam, we enjoyed every dish and the waiter was very kind to us. (I want to know his name) Dragonfruit salad and the dessert which was not in menu (pomelo pith with green rice) was delicious. I will revisit here soon. :)

The food was delicious, unique, and inspired. Our meal was a fantastic way to explore Vietnamese cuisine with great balance and contrast between dishes. The service was also excellent, and the chef provided a personal touch with a fantastic recommendation. Phenomenal experience all around, would highly recommend!

My friend introduced me to Madame Lam for a lunch buffet, so we got the Sum Vầy buffet and all the dishes were delectable. Staff were friendly and efficient, services were fast, the vibe was nice and relaxed, perfectly fit for the hot Saigon weather. The chef even got us free abalone as welcoming gifts, and had a lovely chat about his experience in the industry

👍👍 This restaurant is so good that I have to leave my first google review! We particularly love the Salmon Miso Pizza, the crab spaghetti, and the clam chowder. Every single dish at this restaurant was well seasoned and nicely presented. Staffs were very kind and helpful, 10/10 service. The atmosphere...

😠 Better spend your money going to the zoo then to a decent restaurant for better experience. Food choice is limited and not very appetizing. Had to spit out rancid food twice. Service was terrible, dirty plates arent taken away. New plates are scarce once this place gets packed. This is just milki...
