Heated swimming pool is by far the best I have ever imagined. In the heart of thao dien, a bit hustle and bustle during the day, but quiet at night. Building is well-maintained, built in high standard not like other apartments in Vietnam. All the exquisite restaurants are in walking distance, so as local groceries. Love this place so much.

Run away! They lock up everyone at the 1st case and it goes on for weeks no matter how many negative tests you pass. They use loud speakers like in a jail. People get reported for walking out the dog in the common area... kids can't go out during months... so sad

Nice appartment, less crowded, beautiful warm swiming pool. 01 minus point is swimmingpool is not allowed to use after 9p.m.
