The call/customer service is very good. The service itself is not so good as below comments: 1/The bed is pretty dirty everytime I used service, i saw marks from last customers on the sheet/blanket 2/One time a guy was in the room with ladies for bikini Lazer treatment ->have no words. 3/They have treats to get you signed for combo/package. Don't fall for this. 4/I had skincare treatment and got burn/stingy sensation after the treatment for 2 days. I needed to put on histamine cream. They said because i went outside, so my sweat+dirt make me feel so. (Do you fall for it, it was obviously an allergy). 5/ The staff missed steps on the skincare treatment. And they didn't solve problem wisely as they want customer confront the staff. They could check their camera for the steps, right? Feel like they don't trust what the customer said/feedback.

Good service! I felt very comfortable here. Not everyone can speak English, but with Google Translate you could communicate. I found it very friendly of them that you get discounts, etc. as a first customer!
