Yesterday 4:00pm, I did body massage 1 hour. And it was the worst experience ever. When around 45 year old lady step on me, I almost broke my leg. She looked over 50kg, and did not speak any English. So i stopped the service but they still charged me. Please be careful with your bone when you visit here. what a waste of time and money.

Price: 305K( around this price ) 60 mins for foot massage, includes the service fee, so you don’t need to pay the fee to the masseurs. Masseur: the one that massage me was pretty good at it! I felt very comfortable. Service: Before massage, it was a bit confusing to me, because nobody told us what to do, like we need to change the clothes etc, just gave us the locker’s key only. After massage, there will be small snacks and hot tea to let you rest a bit. Very nice.

I recently had 60-minute massage at the Golden Lotus Spa and Massage Club, and it was an wonderful experience. The interior was stunning and made me feel I was in another era. My masseur provided a perfect balance of pressure and stretches that left me feeling both relaxed and invigorated. She seemed to know exactly where to focus, addressing the areas of tension and relieving them. At the end of the session, I was treated to a plate of fresh mango, lotus tea and sweets. The experience was truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Golden Lotus Spa and Massage Club.

I haven't had a massage, as I just wanted to use a sauna. The facilities are very nice and clean,.the atmosphere is relaxing.and the decor is in good taste. The staff speaks good English and are helpful and polite. I paid about 8 dollars which is very reasonable. Also at the end they provide a free cup of the and sugared fruits. Couldn't hope for a better experience!

Worst massage. Ofcourse it would depend on different therapist..but is was my worst massage ever. I receive massage every 2-3times per week basis. My female therapist was fat but the thing is that she was even not able to cotrol her weight. She sat on my back and rubbed...it was disgusting exptience.

420,000 dong for an hour of massage (unreal value). Neck and shoulder was done with good pressure and the coconut oil applied was not too overwhelming. The technique of masseur is good so really nothing to fault. Do call to make a reservation before you enter.

I made an appointment for the promotion massage but later the staff called me and said that they can't confirm my booking because I was not Vietnamese. So they consider foreigners just as a wallets, not customers. I am shocked from such discriminations in our world.

Really wanted to like this place, but I am also in some of the worst pain I have ever been in after my massage yesterday. Booked a 90min massage, which itself was pretty good, although definitely not 90 minutes from start to finish. I felt rushed throughout the experience, but they do have a nice locker room for changing and storing belongings. Everyone was friendly and they have lots of options. During the end of the massage they crack your back. My masseuse pulled pretty hard to get a certain crack then said “whoops”…and now I know why. I am now on a 27hour flight and don’t know how I am going to survive. I can’t sit up straight, look left, or look too far right. I need another massage or chiropractor after this massage. Update: Went to a chiropractor after the pain didn’t resolve, and they said my entire neck is way out of alignment. I have a bunch of muscle knots as a result, and apparently my shoulder is sprained. This massage really messed me up.

The best massage place I have ever been to in Vietnam. It’s a one stop shop that caters most of your pampering needs - massage, facial, nail, hair, etc. I personally did a 90 mins Golden Lotus Full Body Massage, 60 mins facial, and pedicure and foot care. Very happy with the services, would definitely recommend. Booking is essential. They often fully booked.

Spent a whole 3 hours in this place with a 90min massage, foot scrab and mani + pedi. The ambience is relaxing and staff are friendly and polite. I like that they have the shower along with the changing room so you can choose to shower before and/or after the massage. While the ambience and mattress feel comfortable, the services are provided on beds separated by curtains, so it did not provide the privacy that I expected, it was made worse that it is unisex as some guy was just right beside me with just a curtain between us. My masseur is quite skillful with the precise strength that I requested throughout the session whereas another masseur who is working on my sis had some hit and miss. I would give a 4 stars for the massage services. For the mani and pedi, by far it is the best one I had in the Asia region. A shoutout to Ms Hao (no. 502) and Ms Tien (no. 501) who are so detail-oriented and did such a good job on my nails. They were quick to rectify to my feedbacks and even do their own touch ups when it was not perfect, certainly took pride in their work. Despite the communication barrier (they didn't communicate additional fees in advance when we made some requests), they were very professional. Definitely a 5 stars! Price is very decent for the service quality they provide. Overall, a place I would visit again next time i'm here.

Always great service at a fair price. Tried the sauna the other day. Steam is nice n hot but probably won’t go in there again. So far I’ve tried 90 minute foot massage (don’t do 60 minute…you’ll thank me later) and 90 minute hot stone massage. Both awesome. They give you tea n some snack at the end.

Western Men - BEWARE! They will give you one of the big Fat Sumo Wrestler ladies that the Vietnamese men refuse to take. You will have to listen to her huff and puff as she exerts herself trying to give you a massage. Kinda gross. For a Much Nicer experience, go to one of the Many other Massage places in the same area. They have nice, slim young girls that give excellent massages for comparable prices. I will NOT go back here! It was a Friday night.

I had one of the best massages in my entire life at Golden Lotus. NO EXAGGERATION! The masseuse was skilled & polite. I slept like a baby during the whole 90min. Sauna + ice bath + hot bath + 90min full body for only about 500k. Worth every penny. Will come back for sure!

Absolutely magical experience! This spa was incredible! The best I’ve ever been to in Asia or America. I felt like I was transported into another world. The setting engaged all of your senses. Beautiful smells, delicious teas, extremely skilled massage, and relaxing music. The quality of massage is above and beyond what I’ve had anywhere in SE Asia. The staff is professional, engaging, and the customer service is amazing. You will be treated like royalty here. The special details of the services make this a once in a lifetime experience. I wish I could go again, I leave Da Nang tonight. Please treat yourself to a little piece of heaven at this spa. You will want to come back over an over.

First time trying their massage and facial services, 10/10. Very careful to follow requests for non-whitening products and the dry signature massage (non-oil) was *intense* but my body feels renewed afterwards. Loved the large bed for massage. Cool walking through the foot massage parlor and seeing the “mummified” patrons receiving their massage (all had a face wrap on). Competitively priced. Looking forward to returning!

I loved this place. I usually go to Temple Leaf around the corner but I decided to try this place out. I came around 10:20am and got in right away. There were many options and the one I chose was the 60mins Foot and 30min Hot Stone ( I wish there was a 60 mins hot stone but she said it wasnt availabe) You lay in this chair with a cucumber mask while they give you a Amazing Foot massage followed by a hot stone massage and everything in between. The only thing I would say you are in a communal room with curtains so I definitely heard someone snoring even though music was playing. It is about 18 mins walk from Ben Thanh Mart right outside of Japantown. Highly recommend and you will get great value. They also accepted Visa. At the end they give you some fruit, tea and some snacks before you leave.

This is one of the best place for massage. The staff are very professional. I really enjoy myself. If you are mainly going for a good massage this is the place for you.

This place used to be a good place for massage service few years ago, but the service is too bad now. Especially the guy who arranges massage bed at floor 2, he not only made a mistake in arranging bed, but he also had terrible and rude attitude to customer. This guy totally ruined your relax experience.

Very good experience this morning at Golden Lotus Spa & Massage. I booked a Golden lotus foot massage 90min. The welcome was great with a tea and a caring team. The place is very clean and charming. Then the young man masseur was very professional, attentive and gentle. Thank you very much. I hope to come back again.

I received a walk-in massage and was lucky to get a slot despite it being quite busy. I opted for the 60-minute Aromatherapy Oil Massage. The experience was expertly delivered and incredibly relaxing. It's worth noting that no tip is needed as it's already included in the prices. Credit cards accepted. Highly recommended!

There are lots of great spas in Ho Chi Minh but if you are in District 1 and looking for a clean, safe, and relaxing day at the spa you have to check out Golden Lotus. Reasonable prices include tip, free tea and snack before and after. Clean locker rooms to change before and after massage, and clean steam room, sauna and showers. I love going here!

Great massage place. I came 2 times and there were 2 different staff members and both were excellent, so I believe the other staff were just as good. Also the front desk staff are really lovely and welcoming. I will come back again 😊

Experienced 60 minutes foot massage here They gave a cucumber mask when they was doing foot massage Trust me, 60 minutes is not enough to enjoy their massage! End with hot ginger tea, watermelon & sweet lutes seed! Staff also friendly and not hard push their service.

I just had a terrible experience with this place so I want to warn everyone against it. I first picked a 60-min foot massage service (costs like 350k vnd) and paid before service because they said it's late at night and that's their policy. Then halfway through that service, I told the masseuse I wanted to add 30-min head massage to make it a combo. After all was done, they decided to charge me the 30-min head massage as a separate service (costs an additional 210k vnd) instead of charging an all-together 60-min foot + 30-min head massage combo price of 400k something (it's an official item on the menu btw). So instead of paying for under 100k extra, I had to pay 210k extra. What a ripoff. This is a black stain on not just this terrible massage place alone but Vietnamese tourism as well. * Also, the masseuse person I had had terrible command of massage force and pressed too hard 25% of the time and too softly 50% of the time, making it not that comfortable. Overall: 1/5 star. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Getting better business doesn’t mean stop caring about customer. My friend and i both got same bad experience. Therapists which are big old ladies was doing Very soft massage, after i said its too soft it was the worst. I got too strong massage which left a lot of sores. I told her to do massage softer again.then She was keep saying in her mouth, not good words as i can understand some Vietnamese. I had a guest with me who was traveller, he asked me to have best massage in Saigon. I really disappointed. They had very good service and staff before.

Massage was good but I felt the front desk staff was disorganized. I just had a 1 hour signature massage. One guy took me to the locker room and left. Someone finally came and said to go to third floor. After massage, no stacks, refreshments were offered. Just pay and go.
