Had
a
great
time
at
the
gym,
went
Tuesday
11:30am
to
1:30pm
with
plenty
of
availability
for
equipment.
Day
passes
were
300k
dong
per
person
for
all-day
access
to
classes
and
the
exercise
area.
Coach
Alejandro
was
very
kind
to
allow
us
to
spar
in
the
ring
while
he
held
class.
The
classes
are
a
mix
of
HIIT,
abs/strength/mobility,
partner
drills,
bag
and
mitt
work—
reminiscent
of
a
UFC
gym
in
the
US.
Outside
of
classes
and
coaching,
the
staff
allowed
me
and
my
friends
(7
years
of
fight
experience
and
amateur
fights)
to
spar
in
their
massive
ring
to
our
hearts’
content.
Plenty
of
bags,
jump
ropes,
and
a
hydration
station.
They
have
a
clock
for
rounds
as
well
(3
min
on,
45
sec
rest.)
Only
downside,
in
my
humble
(Muay-Thai)
opinion,
is
that
the
members
present
wore
their
shoes
to
train,
warmup,
and
also
in
the
ring.
I’m
used
to
shoes
everywhere
except
the
ring/sparring
area,
and
my
friend
also
only
uses
his
boxing
shoes
for
the
ring.
I
went
barefoot
at
my
own
risk,
but
maybe
it’s
best
to
follow
custom
here
and
keep
your
shoes
on.
For
the
record,
my
friends
and
I
just
worked
technical
sparring
boxing/hands
in
the
ring.
That
said,
this
was
the
best
gym
for
boxers/fighters
visiting
Vietnam
looking
for
a
day
pass
and
sparring.
Also,
you
need
to
go
up
to
the
top
floor.
They
seem
to
have
a
ton
of
loaner
gear,
but
we
all
had
our
own
gear.
Thanks
again,
VSP!
See
you
next
time
I’m
in
Vietnam.
Good
luck
on
all
the
upcoming
fights
:)
