Too much ice for my kungfu oolong tea. All the pearls were trapped underneath. Long wait. Place is nice. Music too loud.

Pudding Milk tea was bad, the milk tasted odd. pudding was overly sweet and tasted like it’s been there for a long time.

Tocotoco is one of my favourite places to get juices instead of milk tea. Their Sakura drink is amazing.

should try the traditional milk tea staff are nice but quite slow no separated area for delivery with order than 10 paxes usually, then though I came when shop is not crowded, it took me 30 min to take my just 2 milk tea away

Good drink (but not too special). Good price (only when you have deal off). And good view too. I love milkfoam of Toco.

I ordered a Tiger sugar pearl milk tea today by pointing at what I wanted on the menu and clarifying what it was using google translate from English to Vietnamese. I have had many milk teas and this one was the worst one I’ve ever had. It tasted like sugar water and didn’t have many pearls in it. I went back and explained that there is no milk in the milk tea that I ordered and they said that it is powdered milk (which I still struggle to believe as it looked and tasted like water with sugar) and there is a different one on the menu that has real milk in it priced slightly higher. I said that what they gave me is not what I ordered. The staff made no attempt to correct the issue only saying that next time I should get a different one. I won’t be going back again. That is not how you do customer service.

While trying to order, I tried to ask the staff to clarify something about the drinks to me. Out of 6 people working there, 0 were speaking english. I know that I am just a visitor in Vietnam, however, I assumed that they know at least colors. They were not capable of answering whether it is black or green tea. The drink itself was not good at all. Even though I had 0% of sugar, it was still really sweet.
