Professional, efficient, responsive, adaptive and trustworthy. First time I used Future Travel and I was so impressed. Ms Hue was absolutely brilliant and settled complex end to end arrangements by way of documentations, flights, transfers, transports, hotel. All smooth and seamless. These are tough times but some countries and companies will emerge from Covid even stronger than they went in to it. I booked a returned flight from Manila to Madrid with them back in 2019. Our flight got canceled due to COVID when we were in Spain. AFTER MANY ATTENDS TO CONTACT FUTURE TRAVEL OFFICE. I was finally advised by them that I can reschedule our flights FREE OF CHARGE through them up to March 2023. During this time I have been trying to communicate with their office, and every time is really a hassle, because they need a whole week for them to answer. Which makes the whole experience very stressful. Anyway cutting the story sort, last week, after many attempts to contact them again, finally someone TRAVELS TOLD US. After speaking to Emirates I tried contacting Future Travels, I have sent many messages to them, but they are just ignoring me now. I guess it's their way to deal with customers that have been stranded for over two years with two young kids in Spain and have no other means to go back home now. But what I find the most disrespectful is that they wont even answer our calls or messages, nothing! They just ignore us. I bet they won't even answer this review. They claim that they are open 24 hours ,but that's not true. They only open for sales, once you pay you are on your own. BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY.

Super friendly. The lady i dealt with today (Hue) and David were really good. I gave Hue some vague dates and what i wanted and she spent the time and came up with a good deal that ticked all the boxes. Thankyou very much.

Ms Hue took care of my Work Visa and process coming back to Vietnam. The process was very clear and hands off, and she took care of everything. Her English is also very good if you have any questions or concerns! Would definitely recommend!

By using Industry Travel to exit Vietnam at the end of July & early August 2021, my life was made SO MUCH EASIER! They helped make the decision and the process to get out of the country so much easier and smoother. Yes, this type of travel and exit stressful - but they helped take out the majority of the stress !!! I could not have done it without them and just can't recommend them highly enough!!!

Wow... Thank you Future Travel and special thank you to Pham! I had booked through Future Travel in 2019 for a 2020 trip to Costa Rica and because of covid, my flight was cancelled. I didn't have flight insurance and so I was kinda worried about what would happen. Who was this future travel? How could I redeem my credit? Surprisingly, I found them to be so kind and responsive to my questions, requests even though they are so busy with new rules/regulations/ customer issues. They just rebooked me to fly to the USA with my cat using a full credit and I can't thank them enough. I only hope this review can help them gain new clients. Thanks so much guys! <3

Great team that will give you excellent advice on your best travel options. David and Hue are very up to date on all latest travel restrictions, flight routes and immigration procedures for getting in and out of Vietnam. I would highly recommend them.
