Excellent place to stay for a short visit, great location and view, very clean and modern place. Andy team help with both check in and out and all my need. Would definitely stay again.

Great service. Impeccable staff and service, answered everything I asked and helped with everything I needed help with. Room was super clean and the AC was turned on upon check in without even asking which was a great plus. Highly recommend the place for everyone and anyone trying to find a great place to stay at. It's literally the bang for the buck. The accommodation was very close to the city which was super convenient. The staff were also answering all the late night questions I asked which was super nice of them or I would have been lost and confused. The cleaning service was also amazing, they changed all the bed cheats and also the bath towels which was amazing since our family loves to go swimming in the infinity pool that is available. Other than that, highly highly loved it and will definitely come back and stay here for way longer. Thank you so much for the best time of my trip. I will highly recommend this to my group of friends and relatives to stay here if they ever come to Ho Chi Minh City. The only downside was that I wasn't able to stay for longer which was very sad in the end but will definitely be back! Have a good day.

My bf and I stayed here for a couple nights on our anniversary trip and it was the best accommodation out of the entire trip. Clean and attentive hosts it was beyond what we hoped for as we have never stayed at a apartment before. Will definitely book again when we return next year. Great job guys!

My boyfriend and I went and explored the places that were suggested by Andy and I have to say, they were spectacular. Especially the war museum and the Independent Palace. My experience overall at the accommodation was outstanding. From the process of being greeted to checking in and then taking us to the room and explaining how everything works. The staff were super helpful and answered all our questions. Of course our first time out of the USA, we didn't know much so we asked a lot of questions and they answered without a problem which was amazing. The swimming pool were the highlights for my kids. They love swimming so once they saw the infinity pool, they just wanted to jump right in and start swimming. The view was very nice from our room. We got the 3 bedroom apartment and it was way bigger than we imagined. Everything was so clean and neat which was great because I am a obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) type person so I loved how everything was looking and they also had a great cleaning service where they would change our bath towels for us. The staff recommended some great places to check out such as the Independent Palace and the war museum which my wife and I absolutely went crazy before because we love history and wanted to learn more about how it was in Vietnam before. Overall it was an amazing trip and I recommend this place for anyone is coming to Ho Chi Minh City and is looking for a place to stay. The only upsetting part was leaving. We enjoyed it so much that we didn't want to go back but we will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much to Amber and Andy! + Excellent location. Good size apartment. Wonderful to have a washing machine, . Great pool and gym. Easy access. Very helpful host. Good coffee in the cafe at the building. Convenient supermarket in the building. Able to leave luggage in storage after check out was excellent as we had 6 hours between check out and flight. GRAB for transport is excellent. 100,000 Vietnam Dong to and from airport. One of the staff at the apartment called GRAB for us and gave us the PROMO code she had.....Fabulous and very helpful. Overall and excellent stay.

The apartment is comfortably furnished with a small kitchen in the living room and floor-to-ceiling windows with great views The rooftop pool looked very good, although we couldn't enjoy it and Andy (the host) contacted us several days before offering us information of the apartment, area and different services. The gym, equipped and clean.

Bonjour. Thank you to Andy for being the best host ever! He helped my girlfriend and I from not being ripped off from the taxi driver. He helped us check in and took us to our room which was very nice of him. He explained everything and showed us a few tourist spots and also the Bui Vien district which was amazing!! Nice,big have awesome swimming pool The pool was nice. Good size rooms and bathrooms The property is conveniently located with a convenience store downstairs. Checkin was smooth with the reception friendly & very helpful. The property had drinking water available. Overall property was clean. Apartment was lovely, was large and spacious. Communal areas were very clean and tidy

The building is new and modern, also in a convenient location of HCMC. There is a nice rooftop pool which is a great place to chill in the afternoon, overlooking the city landscape. There is always taxi at standby downstairs which charge fairly and cheaply! The apartment itself is very clean and spacious. Andy is an amazing host! He responds quickly and just always there to help! Highly recommend his place to anyone going to HCMC!

It was great as hotel is near by the center . It’s just take about 7’ by walk. Room was clean and service by staffs were good , warmly . I will be back soon. Thank you.
