Pros: - clean bathroom and dorm - good located Contra - service of the staff: We arrived at 4am in the morning. Our room was ready but they tried to charge us the full price just for a couple hours of sleep. We rejected and started to sleep at the table. 60 minutes later he changed his offer to the half price. We rejected again because it was already 5 am. After that i had the feeling that they made loud noises with purpose. - no breakfast - the dorm room is very small - in our last night they showed someone at 0:30 am the room. Instead of beeing silent the staff was very loud and kept on the lights. - expensive dorm compared to other hostels To sum it up. The high rating of this hostel is absoluetly ridiculous. We wouldn't go there again.

We stayed 4 friends in the family room. The place is really clean, the staff speak sufficient English and are very helpful. I have nothing to complain about when it comes to the beds, and the bathroom is big. The kitchen is quite unnecessary as there is restaurants with all kinds of price tags in the neighborhood. The location is convenient close to the main attractions.

This place is a gem. Paid a little, but experienced five star stay. Soft bed, good ambience, nice place to get a good nap. Hostess and her bf are very friendly and helpful. They speak a good English. Ask them anything; they will do their best to help. Everywhere is near from here, just a few minutes walk. Definitely will be back to this place next time! ❤️

Quiet and comfortable room,and bed was equipped with curtain so it's absolutely a plus point. Friendly and cute staffs, the hostel is a family business and you will feel warm and lovely

The Hostel was super comfortable and the location was great. There were many food shops in the areas and a conveniece store right across the road. Its also about a 5 mins walk to the drinking / clubbing area. The owners were also really friendly and helpful. Toilets and the rooms were really clean too. Will definetly visit again if given the chance.

Top floor is totally disaster, some bed dun even has socket and light, so some of us are 'forced' to charge our phone at other ppl's bed, some bed are oso directly below aircond....wow...who's gonna sleep that freezing bed. This place is not cozy at all. However, the staffs are very friendly and helpful though

We love our stay at The Cozi House staff are friendly and the bed was really comfortable. The coffee that Charlie made was amazing. Thank you for the warm welcome and experience of Ho Chi Min City. I recommend for groups and family.

What are all the good reviews about? The staff can barely explain anything in proper english so you have to combine their words together in order to realize that they don't know how to fix a.c and the girl just mess around with the remote and telling she can feel the cold air, while there's none. Filters cleaning would work I guess? Or either gas filling but I'm not working there so they should probably know already that could solve this All this not before they lead you to a quite big and odd 4 bed dorm all dirty and close to source of outside light and noise from all time working generator. That room is not even advertised in booking. Why was I led to this creepy alley I don't know.

Stayed three nights with my family in the big room. Slept very well. Good bathroom. Had to pay in advance. Slightly expensive for a backpacker stay. Friendly hosts. English ok but not great.
