Loved the attitude of the staffs. Got my hair cut and my hair colored here. I had a great experience and the staff really tried to understand what i wanted and gave me the exact look that i was looking for. Will surely visit again.

I’ve been a customer of naturals for years now and I feel naturals Alapuzha is the best one I’ve visited so far. an extremely hygienic place, well equipped to meet all your salon needs. The staffs deserve a special appreciation for being so well mannered and pleasant, they’ll happily assist you with all your queries and give you plenty of options and suggestions to choose from. I got my hair coloured from there and it was very nicely done, by Mr.Hussain. To top everything they have discounts and plenty of offers going on from time to time, so stop thinking and pamper yourself.also try and get an appointment before going.

I got heel peel service, hair cut, and global hair colouring from here. Happy with the hair cut and global colouring done by Mr Johny. However, I won't recommend their heel peel service because what you get will be a removal of the calluses from your heel/foot. In my case, my food became too rough after the treatment and the lines on the foot are more visible now. I would recommend a DIY callus removal rather than this service.

The salon gives a very welcoming ambience and they have well equipped and trained staff to provide required service to the customer. I personally visit the Alappuzha branch of Naturals on a daily basis and I have never been dissatisfied. Special mention to Seema whom I always prefer. She showcases and pleasant welcome and her love for the job she does is reflected in her treatment of the customer. Overall, Naturals provides a complete and state of art experience for the customers. However small your concern is,, they make it a point to help you and guide you through it. I recommend this salon to all those looking for a good salon experience.

Bad experience....was sitting with a detan face mask for nearly one hour as they were busy with other customers ....So much of noise in the saloon... can't feel relaxed...massaging was not at all satisfied.... not cost effective

I'm so happy that I found Naturals Saloon in Alappuzha. I did a haircut there. I had a reference picture with me and Johnny helped by cutting and styling my hair by exactly what I needed. Prices are affordable, the entire saloon is super clean and neat. I'll definitely revisit the place.

This was one of the most amazing experience at the salon . The staffs are very friendly and helpful they gave me forever advice about my hair and face and suggested the products which will work. Sheeba chechii did my facial, and head massage and she is truly wonderful. she did an excellent service for my hair also well satisfied with the service and love to come back.

I went in for a clean up and Sheeba made sure that my skin got the right treatment it needed. My face had pigmentations and got all tanned. She suggested me to try out detan for face and neck and the whole experience was quite soothing. I felt so much relaxed throughout the whole process. She was so friendly and is so dedicated at her proffession. Even though it was just a normal clean up, she did her job really well. I am so happy with the service they provided and would definitely recommend the place to my family and friends.

This is my third visit to Naturals Alappy, and as always I am met by friendly staff and feel completely comfortable. I have always been more than happy with my Botox treatments and would easily recommend.

We went there for doing nail extension. First of all they are too slow. There was a lady who came for hair spa. They washed her hair and roaming around there for towel. The lady was laying with wet hair. Coming to nail extension, there is only one person for doing it. Initially they have done buffering of nails. It was really painful. Later I have realised that the skin around my nails was peeling off. After they filled the acrylic they shaped it. But it was not properly done. There was bulging and it was not properly finished. Next day I was unable to touch the skin around my nails as the buffering made scratches. After washing my hands, it was really painful and I can't even fold my fingers. It took 3 days for recovery. After 3 days, nail from my thumb has flaked off. I have done nails for my brother's wedding and it flaked off on wedding eve. We were in a hurry for going bride's house and I was really concerned about that finger. Later I have glued that nail with feviquick. My cousin has also done nails with me. She also felt the same. Her nail has flaked off on 5th day. She was from Mumbai and she said at her place for doing nails, 1500 will be charged for both hands and that will not hurts and will be perfectly finished. Here, it's 1500 for single hand. We have done only for single hand.

Went there for a beard on requesting politely a specific style, staff was very rude and replied 'i know how to do the job'. As expected, the staff ruined my beard shape as well literally did his job at the worst. I believe the staff was forcefully made to stay back for my beard cut and skip his lunch. Terrible experience

I had a great experience . I received a hair spa treatment, which was very relaxing and left my hair feeling soft and rejuvenated. The ambiance was also pleasant, and the staff was exceptional, especially Sheerif and the manager, who were both very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my visit.

Pathetic customer service. We took our 2 year daughter for haircut and before even asking us what exactly we need a lady in a rude manner asked us whether the child will sit. We were slightly confused then again she said if she starts to cry I'll ask the stylist to stop cutting. I got really uncomfortable and i told her ok chuck it we will leave. I mean if she told me that we are not doing haircut for children i will understand (i know for a fact that all the other naturals saloon allows children since I'm a customer from 2015). Instead she said I'll tell him to stop right there and not to continue if she starts to cry, this is the instructions from the SIR. She and her OWNER SIR showed a classic example of how treating customer badly. I wonder how naturals is giving franchise to such unprofessional people. It was not surprising to see empty seats in the saloon. I would suggest the owner to put a board saying children are not allowed or child who can sit like a rock are allowed. Very bad doesn't recommend this naturals franchise in Alappuzha.

Went here for haircut for my sister and her daughter... We asked for layer cut and expect good work from their side with that price but the result was very poor. Even we didn't feel it as u cut.Also during the hair cut of our baby they made an injury over the back of the ear.we realised that when we reached at home, they didn't take any action for that.. They hid it from us... Not satisfied.... Poor work... Not recommending.... 🙏🏻

Been here based on Google search. First time experience in a kerala parlour. Outstanding services is a much lesser word, because we 5 people walked in for service. Service was exceptional not to forget to mention the manger Naziya and her staffs Uma - the Midas touch girl, seema and especially the magic man Johny for the kids hair wash and set up. We all 5 walked away with a happy smile face. Keep up the good work team!!!
