Our experience in the houseboat in the backwaters of Kumarakom (Kerala) was a lifetime experience! From the time we friends entered the houseboat we enjoyed the hospitality, efficiency and their friendly nature that made our stay pleasant and memorable. The houseboat was clean, comfortable and well maintained and we had absolutely no issues regarding anything. The bathrooms were kept very clean. The food was delicious. We recommend this houseboat for a lifetime experience.

I didn't know what to expect when I booked this boat house for our two families. We heard about mosquito bites and spicy foods. These preconceived notions set the bar low for us already. But to our surprise, all of these concerns are addressed. The boat house was beautiful and well-managed, with glass enclosures preventing any bugs from visiting us inside. Kids enjoyed staying on the boat and fishing. Yes, they caught and released at least a dozen fish. The chef dished out some fabulous dishes with the right level of spices, and he cooked whatever we wanted. And even last-minute changes were accommodated without any fuzz. I definitely recommend prabaths boat house. .

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on the houseboat! The food was incredibly delicious, with a variety of dishes that satisfied all of our cravings. My family and I had an excellent experience on the Kumarakom Houseboat! From the amazing pre-service with Mr Prasanth, to the in-house crew, the chef who provided a delicious Keralan lunch and the boat driver, Sumi. We highly recommend this very comfortable and relaxing houseboat for those seeking a true backwater experience.

It was a pleasant and memorable houseboat stay. Food was amazing with less spicy for kids. Staffs were too good. 5 stars for sure!

Excellent service and timely in departure and arrival. Food was delicious and plentiful. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean, and having AC in the observation room was a pleasant luxury in the Kerala heat and humidity!

It was a wonderful experience. From booking till we got off the boat, the owner Prasanth made sure everything was arranged to our satisfaction. Food was delicious, lunch, dinner, tea and breakfast. They arranged for massage where the boat was halted and they also arranged for a speed boat in between the trip which was an amazing experience. Staff Prasanth, Gireesh and Shiju were very humble and were keen on making sure we are satisfied with the food and service. Excellent service from all of them and the owner Prasanth. Will definitely book their service next time when we plan a trip and refer to friends and family. Thank you Prasanth and team.

Excellent day trip! Our team was thoughtful and took us through a beautiful, scenic route. The views were lovely, and you get a taste of both the narrow channels of village life and the open waters. They even thought of a bonus for us to stop and buy fresh prawns and crabs for lunch. Lunch was delicious and completely hand prepared by the team themselves during a stop. We had an 11 course meal and were stuffed! On the peaceful cruise home, they provided tasty banana fritters and coffee/tea. We did a day tour, but the bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. We had a wonderful day as a family and would happily recommend this trip and team to anyone!

I had a great time with my family here The house was maintained very well and was extremely clean. The services (food, cleaning etc) were timely and made us feel at home here. The food especially was made to taste really good. They were very attentive and helped us with our requests (to get hot water) as and when we needed it The people there also helped us book massages and arranged to be taken there. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to get the authentic kerala experience
