We entered at Aryaas Hotel at Colgate junction as we were late we knew we would have left with very options and the waiter informed the same and told us that we only have Dosa,Rice and chilly Gobi to serve so we were like that's fine and we ordered some items and we wanted to order again they were like we can't take any orders now as we are closed and they dint even inform us that sir we are closing would you like to order anything but no they dint even bother to inform and were least bother to communicate and were like we are closed we will not accept any orders now. I have gone to many other outlets but service of this restaurant was very pathetic and I would suggest going to other places. We tried to communicate with the cashier and manager but they were least bothered. 2/10 just because food was good. Please consider visiting at your own risk.

I love the way they serve and their dishes are simply amazing. Its the true heaven for Veg lovers, with so many varieties of Veg.which is so rare in South Kerala. Excellent parking facilities, a handicraft shop with crude artificats at cheap rates are added advantage

This is one place where we have been having breakfast during our frequent travels from Trivandrum to Trissur for the last few years. The food here is excellent, the washrooms and restrooms are relatively well maintained and clean. The staff here is super friendly and the table service is fast and good. The parking area is well maintained and it's usually easy to park in the morning, but it gets crowded quickly though.

The attitude of the staff suppresses the taste of the food here. The waiters are very rude and impatient, and do not let you complete your order. The food is average and the overall atmosphere ruins your mood. The washrooms are unhygienic as well. They can easily take your order and move to the next table, but instead they act impatient and mess up the order. We ordered black tea along with our breakfast and the guy brought us milk tea twice! And his attitude was the worst. Never ever going back to their restaurant chain and never going to recommend this place to anyone for sure! Not even worth a 1 star review.

Good choice for south indian vegetarian food. Ambiance is good, with an air conditioned restaurant. They have got ample parking area beside the hotel. Pricing is also good, genuinely priced. In fact, FOOD is GOOD! They have a washroom area large enough with multiple toilets and basins. Cleanliness of the toilets could have been improved though. The restaurant area is very large and they have enough tables. But when it becomes crowded, the number of staff may not be able to serve all effectively. There is also scope for improvement in the attitude of staff.

I recently visited The Hotel Aryaas Vegitarian and had a great experience. The Chana Bhatura and Onion Oothapam were both delicious. Good place to have some vegetarian food. Usually very crowded. Food taste is good but nothing exceptional to write about. Waiters here get very distracted and may take some time to notice you. I went there when there were hardly 10 customers and had to wait for about 15 min. before I called out to waiter. Ample parking space is available.

Had food here multiple times and food was always great. They have great Tamil style South Indian breakfast, meals, chapathi and other snacks. Restaurant has great parking - a guard to guide customers, toilets weren't that clean - but that's mostly because they see huge footfall during meal time. Staff is very friendly and service was quick most of the times. They have 8-9 AC rooms on the top of restaurant for accomodation as well and souvenir shops next to restaurant. Overall great experience dining here.

Hotel Aryaas is a great restaurant for pure vegetarian food… the South Indian dish are very tasty and authentic… in case you opt for meals during lunch you can have it on banana leaves… the staff is very friendly and takes care of all your food needs even before you ask…i fact I never had to look for them to ask to serve me my next course. The staff will look after you and serve you as you finish your course… the quality of food is great and variety of food is awesome..apart from South Indian food you also have menu items from North Indian food and some Chinese food all vegetarian…near the restaurant there is small gift shop where you can also buy some things… overall the price is very reasonable for the quality of food and dedicated staff running the place..I hope you enjoy your food at hotel Aryaas restaurants!!!

En route, we stopped here for lunch on the highway. Ordered meals, chapati and paneer butter masala. Look, the place is clean and spacious for large groups to be seated and eat comfortably, AC hall, but the service was a mess and food was just above average. Meals were alright, just three kootu and rice. Chapati was actually good but the paneer butter masala was disappointing, both came hot hot...but one was soft and good while the paneer lacked pieces and some depth of flavour. Service was so messed up that the chapati and paneer I ordered came so late that my father and uncle were down with meals, washed their hands and were waiting. Come on! That was bad! Overall, just an above average experience. But definitely the place to trust if you are looking out for a vegetarian hotel en route on the national highway.

A pure Veg. Restaurant, at Kalavoor, near Alappuzha, conveniently situated on the western side of NH-66 with good parking space for vehicles. Earlier there was spacious parking lot in front of the hotel, by the side of the National Highway, but on the widening of the road which is under progress, the space has been lost, eventhough the hotel has managed to provide alternative parking space on the northern side of the building. The food at this restaurant has been found to be very tasty, hygienic and moderately priced. The Luncheon Hall is air-conditioned and kept neat and clean. The wash area, separate for Gents and Ladies, is clean and spacious. There is a shopping mall attached to the Hotel which has a good collection of Stationery, Bakery items, toys, garments etc.

I am giving 5 star for a primary reason, we were travelling late and the restaurant had already crossed closing time....but on our request they extended support and allowed us to fill our bellies....really appreciate it.... Now the taste, it was really good, even though the chef was tired due to the whole day work, but that is what defines your expertise.... Its a hotel as well but we didn't utilized that part, it also has a gift/souvenir shop in vicinity as well.... I would recommend it to everyone who crosses the path, must try this vegetarian hotel... Quality of food (Veg biryani) was not that good compared to other Aryaas restaurants. Actually it was too spicy. Chapathi and veg curry along with salad and chutney was good.

I had a very bad experience here. The waiter was very rude. He was not listening to us and when we said our orders he was half way away from our table. After waiting for a long time he came back and said some dishes are not available. Also he was very arrogant towards females, he was looking at males for taking orders when I asked something he totally ignored. We order Poori also here, it was covered in black color, they are using old oil. Its a big restaurant but if the service is not good, then its no good.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED and will never visit this hotel ever again and will also prevent my family and friends from doing so. However, its not about the food. On 26th Dec, me and my family visited this hotel at around noon. Since this was a regular stop for refreshments for our regular journeys to Ernakulam, we did think of an alternate. We were a family of 3 Adults + 3 Kids (Aged 7, 3 and 1). My parents and kids were seated in a 4-person table (03 seats) while i found a spot at the nearby table. It was lunch-time and this was expected. The waiter arrived with a banana leaf and took the orders from my parents. It was 3 meals. 2 for them and 1 for my eldest son aged 7. The waiter without even spreading out the leaf announced 'You cannot feed the children from your leaf, you will have to order a seperate kids meal". My dad reasoned that the younger 2 kids were just aged 3 and 1, and how did the staff expect them to have separate lunch all by themselves while sitting in their lap. The waiter just would not listen. He took back the leaf and simply walked away with strong disapproval. We immediately took off to the billing counter and tried bringing this up to whoever was in-charge. I recited the incident 3 times on the whole. The expression I got from the person behind the counter was '...Is it?...no it wont be....". It would have made more sense if the particular waiter was called in at least for an explanation So, Hotel Aryaas Veg, The policy if at all there is any, to charge children so young with this pathetic excuse of a reason called "Kids meal" is worse then begging. Anybody who travels this distance is prepared for the expenses. I have tipped your waiters no less than 100 rupees be whatever my bill on all of my visits. But finding lame reasons to juice out money is worse than stealing. This is a very good proof of what exactly your business standards are. Cheap.

The best option around for Veg meals and South Indian dishes. Will be usually packed and might have to wait for some time to find a table, especially during lunch hours, but once done, service is quick. Food is nice, priced a little on the higher side though. Rice served here for meals is the thin-white type as u get in other South Indian states and not the thick-brown one typical of Kerala meals. Hotel rooms were tidy and spacious. Had booked rooms here for my relatives during my marriage almost 4 years back and everyone had good opinion on cleanliness and service.

The ghee roast that i had last night was heavenly! All the 3 side dish - coconut chutney, tomato chutney and sambar were exceptionally tasty that I ordered a second serve and ate to my hearts content! They also have separate toilets. A very nice and one of my favourite places to Dine when ever I travel from Kochi to Kollam and back. Ordered Vegetarian Korma ,Dal and Chappatis . Had their Coffee before we left. The food is fresh and tasty. They have a nice Store filled with Snacks and Memorabilia for Tourists and travelers. Have ample parking space.

Very disappointing experience. The place was a bit crowded, and the only reason could be that there weren’t any veg restaurants (neither non veg) around. Waiting time is average. But service was too bad. There weren’t enough staff to attend that crowd. The portion was not good, u will have to order 2 Ghee roast(comes with Vada) to have your tummy filled . Tea didn’t even taste like tea, with hardly any milk in it. Very pocket friendly place. But portions were real bad. Guys milk is important in tea.if you feel the other way, please serve black tea. It felt like sugar water anyway.

Used to be good during there opening days. Following the trend of majority of vegetarian hotels in the state taste and quality has drastically reduced with the passing time. I seriously feel people will be ready to spend a bit more provided the food is good so please don't compromise on the quality of food...
