One of the best place to spend your vacation. Staffs were courteous and service was pretty good. Lots of indoor activities which includes cycling, cricket, mini park, badminton and few indoor games. Rooms were good and food is decent.

I had been with my family to the property and I must say THIS IS THE PLACE. We had taken the wooden rooms and they were spacious. The views from the rooms were scenic . The food was good and the staff welcoming. Must visit this place if you are in kotagiri .

Visited for a day during December. We Initially opted for the wooden cabin , but due to loud noise from the room upstairs shifted to cuboid room. The cuboid room was pretty basic and got extremely cold in the night, maybe due to its structure. They have a variety of rooms with different tarrifs, so better to ask for a video before finalising the rooms as the photos might be deceptive. Food is average and better to get some snacks while visiting as the resort as it is a steep rise back if you want to go to the town. We took a walk down the village to the plantation which was a good experience.

If you wish to be close to nature , enjoy a scenic view from rooms , listen to birds chirping and water flowing - then this is the right place to stay at. Excellent rooms , coruteous staff and good food. Good choice to stay with both friends and family.. MUST VISIT ..

Disappointing Experience at chow chow valley Resort I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at chow valley Resort, and my overall experience was far from satisfactory. 1. **Accommodation:** Not satisfied with the facilities and not recommended for old aged people 2.**Food:** The dining experience was equally disappointing and the quality of the food did not match the prices. Breakfast was not at all good. 3. **Road Conditions:** Accessing the resort was a nightmare due to the deplorable condition of the road leading to the property. Narrow private road, experienced driver required. Very limited access to city. 4. **Service:** Room service was slow and unresponsive. Requests for basic amenities took an unacceptable amount of time to be fulfilled, leaving me frustrated and questioning the level of service provided. 5. **Amenities:** The advertised amenities were either unavailable or in poor condition. Damaged cycles and other unused activity facilities. In summary, my stay at chow chow Valley Resort was a regrettable experience, and I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your next getaway. There are undoubtedly better options available that offer superior accommodations, dining, and overall service. Thank you! Please improve your facilities 🙏

Firstly about the Location, the road to the resort is properly up and downs it's tricky but u will have damn super experience reaching the resorts. They are will provide the welcome drinks and do complete the check in procedure. They are problem with network but they have wifi still sometimes network issue is there. About the ambience, it's mind blowing. You can feel a connect with the nature directly. Especially the feel in night with the warm light . About the Rooms they provide different types room called as Bikers Dorm, Coboid, Stone Room, Valley view, Wooden Cabin, Dorm 1&2. We stayed in Bikers Dorm it was pretty decent, four beds and one extra bed. In room we have a TV, two wash rooms, enough power socket, two doors with good views, windows and a fan . If we want camp fire also can be arranged. About the food and restaurant, the food is was good and hot with for that climate. We have to make a advance booking. The complementary breakfast was genuinely Only Okay. The Ametities in resort you have enough space for walking in the resort with different view and locations. Enough benchs and swing to enjoy. They also provide cycles to enjoy cycling inside the resorts, a proper cricket pitch, kids play area, shuttle and volleyball court, a pond etc... It's one of the best place to hang out with family or friends or cousins it's a best choice from all the hectic schedule outside especially from phones. Bet you can have a quality time They accept of kinda of payments. I feel the pricing about the resort and food available in resort is every reasonable. It's pet friendly resort. I have attached some pics. It's a great place for photographers and photoshoot.

Great hospitality and accommodation. The management took personal care to see that we were acclimatized to the new place. To make it more joyful they arranged a birthday surprise for my dad. Overall the experience was a memorable one. ✨️

A very peaceful resort among the valley with a nice view. You can book this place and forget about going anywhere else. Hospitality is amazing so is the good. The owner is a great guy and helped us chose the best room and was very friendly.

Good secluded place near Kotagiri in between the tea plantations. The location in maps is the exact place. The staffs were so good and polite in behaviour. Good tasty food with nominal charges. The rooms are perfect with well maintained cots, washrooms and 24hrs Hot water facility. The availability of cycles in the property is a new of its kind which is very much appreciated. Improvements needed: 1. The property describes the availability of Wifi. But the network is very fluctuating and is not accessible every time. This can be improved. 2. Also some of the common areas such as lawns and some walkways needs to be cleaned. But this is a very minor suggestion.

Property located in a valley the middle of a tea estate..Stunning views all around. They have lot of rooms including independent villas and dormitory. We were a group of 20 riders, so stayed in the dorms. It was neat and clean and suited us well. There was a space out side for group activities as well. Hot water was available 24hrs. On the flip side, restaurant is too small..Could not accommodate all of us when other guests were also present. A very good place if you are looking for a quite and beautiful stay.

Pros Location was excellent Camp fire was arranged. Cons Road is very steep and it's very difficult for unexperienced drivers to reach the property Food and service is very pathetic There was no one at the receptionist even @ 6.00 am to open the gate when we planned to go out for the sunrise view point.we called multiple times on the mobile number they provided and they are not ready to pick up the phone. Fencing can be done on few sides of the road near by the property as part of the safety measures.

Wonderful resort on the backdrop of Tea estate. A beautiful spot to witness both sunrise and sunset. We stayed in the Dorm which was quite good and spacious. A serene place to enjoy your vacation. The resort staff were courteous in meeting our requests. We asked for a bonfire which was promised but didn’t happen. This was a bit disappointing.

We had a good time staying in the resort. We stayed in wooden house 102 which was spacious & had a great view. Food also was good. The way to the resort is little steep & only 1 vehicle can go at a time, but it was manageable for us as no vehicles came from opposite side.The only difficulty we faced was that we were not able to see our regional channels (Malayalam) in TV. All of the Malayalam channels were locked. We requested them to be unlocked, but it was not fulfilled. Inspite of this, we really enjoyed our time in the resort. So, Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful property away from all buzz... we were a group of 20 and enjoyed our stay. They were kind enough to give additional dorm on request and even packed breakfast for us. Arjun and reception staffs were awesome. Improvement area is service... 1. If management is going to serve buffet, Restaurant needs extension, otherwise stick with room service. 2. Service was slow and needed frequent follow ups. 3. Quantity of starters is less for the price. 4. It's not a concern but management can have few in kitchen/restaurant who can speak Tamil or English. All Hindi was difficult. The staffs were not biased and happy to help but barrier was there.

Property is located in midst of lush green plantations and is isolated, but good road leading to property. It's a very beautiful property located in a beautiful location. There are different types of cottages, Stone rooms, small but cosy, Cuboid rooms large enough for 4 guests. Bicycles available and trampoline also for kids. Food though is average. Overall my relatives had a great experience. Just wondering why the name Chow Chow Valley, rather weird

Staff were punctual, adequate spread of food, tasty and clean too. Great location. The room we opted had a small window hence no good view. However, walking around the tea estate was a lovely experience. Very disappointing fact is the noise from the neighbourhood temple music loud and disturbing from morning 6:00am to 10:00 pm. We were forced to spend our day outside premises.

The location of the resort is mind-blowing. The property is good for a family hangout. Staffs were receptive .Food was fine. Had a great time enjoying the cycling and other activities for children. Would recommend to other aspirants who are looking for serene environment.

I specially recommend this resort for all if you going with your family or friends or office trip there is no matter. The resort is located in between the mountains because you see any side there is beautiful view are waiting to surprise us because the resort location. And inside the resort they have so much fun activities they have facility for cricket ground with net and trampoline it's not only for children's we also enjoying very well in trampoline and they have cycling and shuttle and swing we are going for a office trip so we are 20 people's and we book a dormitory it's too good and spacious for all and comfortable bed but the only one problem is when you going in large van and bus they can't climbing in the hill because the way is literally short so we park the vehicle in down side parking and reach by walk or rental vehicle. We going on a van so park the van in resort parking and start walk to the resort at night time at the time we saw the bison it's too terrible and very thrilling for us and so so nice

Chow chow valley is at Kodanad an less explored place in Nilgiris. Chow chow provides an excellent view of the valley and is worth the money you spend. Nice place to be with family and friends. Food is also good and they do the room service by delivering in a Luna scotter. Staff is also very friendly and helpful

This is the best place one can stay at kotagiri alone or with family or with friends. Location has a steep slope/ climb. But it's worth the effort. Staff is good too. It's absolutely a safe bet for a weekend outing . Most importantly, it's pet friendly. So get your paw/ fur friends too.

Awesome experience. Very nicely constructed resort. Route to resort is quite steep but road condition is good. STAY - 5 EXPERIENCE - 5 FOOD - 4 Parotta was soft and good. Chicken was bit uncooked. Otherwise food experience was great. Had a wonderful time with my family. Will be visiting again.

Such an awesome place to plan for a vacation with family and friends. Chilling climate 🥶 Hospitality in the resort is too good. Staffs are friendly. Food is very tasty. Everyone should visit this place atleast once in lifetime but u will definitely come again and again. 🤠

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the valley view and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolut perfect all the staffs are very kind and polite I can't remember all name buts special thanks to sajan shahid amal and chef sanoop

It was a really good experience staying here. The property is beautiful. We got a great view from our room. The food is reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and spacious. Arjun is a wonderful host. We had to leave early in the morning and he ensured we got breakfast before usual time. Overall a great stay.

Good food and hospitality! Very good evening walk and safe for both couples and family. Different types of stay modules ...gives us an edge from the monochrome resort type . Non veg is very good ! Idly is awesome . Chicken biriyani is one of the things I loved .

Superb location with scenic view of tea estates. Clean and well maintained rooms with different style and concept. Beautiful interior and ambience to enjoy the nature... Enjoyed more at the resorts provided with trampoline, cycles to rides inside the resorts and campfires near to the rooms... I would like to recommend this resorts to all for a pleasant stay. One of the best resorts I have been to. It's located amidst tea estates and the view is just amazing. We booked one of the heritage room, it's ideal for couples. If there are more members then you have different varieties of other rooms to choose. The sunrise view is beautiful, I just loved the mornings there. It was truly a bliss to experience. Weather was nice when we visited, one night was cool and foggy and another was rainy with thunderstorms. Food was tasty and served neatly. Service is good. Overall we ❤ the place. Points to note: 1. It's a 2.5km away from the main road and it's a bit adventurous route. If you are not used to such uphill-down roads then it may be scary. 2. Breakfast is included in the package and it has many options. Other meals are charged at a restaurant level price. We felt some are overpriced. But the taste was really good.

Resort is at beautiful location surrounded by tea gardens. However, the room given to us which they say Valley view was too congested. Very poor service by management. Check in time was 1PM, but they gave the room at 230 PM saying that previous guest have not checked out yet. Food is not at all good. No taste at all. We requested the chef for more spicy food, but is was completely bland. Horrible facilities by the Management. They needs to provide the information while booking, as this resort allows loud music to be played until 10 PM!! We come there to enjoy the weather and have calm, peaceful stay amidst the nature. The guest beside our room were so disgusting, they were continuously playing music right from afternoon till 11PM. even after repeated requests to reduce the volume, they started to argue. Complained to management, but still they didn't budge. If they want such loud music, let them go to any pub or disco, why come to these kind of places and create nuisance. They have a very beautiful property, bu the facilities and management is terrible. 1 star rating because of this reason.

We have gone two times. The valley of nature makes you very safe and comfort. It is very helpful that a special path was made to resort and their service was great. Food and accommodations feels like home . Rooms are purely neat and are very beautifully organized all . The resort will make children and adults to simply feel peace and comfort.great ambiance must meed to go there with family

Wonderful place for a small getaway!!! The resort is located in such a beautiful place that you can never take the eyes off the scenic beauty, it’s nice to see every small detailing that the resort owner has managed to execute right from the rooms , washroom , cycling area , trampoline and cute piece of figurine outside every seating area we cannot take our eyes off it ! Also I loved the hammock outside our room also the food was surprisingly good !! And overall the service and hospitality offered was great , Thank you Arjun 😁

Been there last week with a group of 7 couples. I have travelled widely and I found this resort a place to chill it out. Scenic too. Rooms are very clean and extremely well behaved staff. Would love to go again soon.

It is an absolutely beautiful resort! The location was stunning. It has a great view of the hills and the vast tea plantations. The food was really good with good quantity and the prices are reasonable too. We had booked the wooden house and the room is cozy, well-maintained, and hygienic with all the amenities required. The staff too is very kind, helpful and humble. I shall 100% recommend this resort and will come back for sure.

This is a place to relax your mind and soul in nature’s peace and solitude. I went on a solo trip and stayed for few days at this resort. The resort is inside a valley with 360 degree mountain view. It is a perfect destination to enjoy beautiful nature, silence of mountain, green valleys, beautiful tea plantation, mist, rain & sunshine. As I was on a solo trip, I was litter worried about safety & security. Mr. Arjun’s continues & proactive communication made my stay very comfortable and memorable.. All the stuffs at the resort are very helpful and well behaved. One can enjoy healthy home made food here during their stay. The food quantity and quality both are good. The resort is very clean and well maintained. My experience of staying there is extremely fulfilling and relaxing..I wish them very best for future..

If you feel like having a calm and quite vacation, this resort can be on your list. Even before reaching, we had some car trouble, they arranged a mechanic for us, with just one call. They served us a great dinner and a mouth watering breakfast. We took wooden cabin and we were so happy with the arrangements and cleanliness.

Chow Chow valley is an awesome place for unwinding from your maddening crazy daily schedules. The valley opens up to the bountiful beauties of the nature from the balconies of your staying rooms. The architecture of the resort is very well planned for a family to relax and enjoy coupled with lot of amenities to occupy all age groups. Food is good . Staff are very hospitable. Rooms were very neat and well maintained. Overall it’s an amazing experience.

An amazing resort to relax with family and friends in weekends! Calm and cool place! They have lot of activities to do within the campus like cycling, trampoline, camp fire, play ground, children's park, etc. Worth the money! Good hospitality and service! The route from kotagiri road to the resort is little risky, have to be very careful!

Really nice resort, amazing view of tea estates, very very friendly and hospitable staff. The staff attended to guests needs as quick as possible. For example we had hot water problem, as soon as we informed the staff came and fixed the issue within 15 minutes, so excellent service! There are also a lot of facilities like badminton, board games, playing cards that you can order to your room etc. Dinner/ lunch was very nice too with reasonable price since there is no resturants in the vicinity. Overall amazing experience and must recommended!

The sceneries are just wow! The rooms are so so beautiful and comfortable. The climate is too good and hot water is available for entire 24 hrs which is a saviour for us. The food could have been a little better but otherwise a great stay. Other services are also good
