    They don’t call you back with results of your lab results and the office doesn’t have the hours posted correctly. I went down to the office & they were closed with no sign posted as to being closed for the day. I had to wait for over an hour to see the PA and don’t know why when there was only one other patient in the office. I also had one of the medical assistance draw blood and she was fishing for my veins and stuck the needle into the muscle and should not even be drawing blood. She had to ask another to help draw my blood. I would not recommend them to anyone especially since they also had me waiting on the line for half an hour. I never got through and the only option was to leave a message. They promised they would have someone call me back with the results and it’s been 3 days and nothing.

    I have to go for a weekly lab test for my health so I don’t have a blood clot lately the lab has been rejecting my specimens, I can’t get answers at the front desk. Even when Dr. Miller specifically told me to call her assistant I can’t get a call back, I think this is ridiculous this is my health, this is my life, it’s Thursday I don’t have a result on my INR blood test from Monday, I think Dr. Miller is so sweet but the front desk and the staff, not sure what their problem is but they shouldn’t treat patients like this .

    I am saddened that I had to call so many times to find out why my blood pressure meds were not in the pharmacy, and then to have my apt and STILL HAVE TO BEG TO GET THINGS FILLED, Even the pharmacist cannot get through-and confusion over my follow up, and the referrals i have not gotten-with only Lilly behaving like a caregiver and explaining how to communicate with them, and having another confusing experience as THEY CANCELLED AN APT WITH LESS THAN a half hour and then coming to the next apt I made with them, having had multiple tests and x tests and IN PAIN-- being a few minutes late and running in to ask if I was ok to come and then sitting for 10 minutes to be told that "I was not having my apt because I was over the 10 minutes late- (but that is not what the first person said) STRICT POLICY - when it suits them. I never heard about it and it is not posted and I do not have a history of lateness though I have often waited. Also, the first front desk person encountered continues to talk without acknowledging me as I stand there with the clock I did not know about ticking or point me over to the next window- what a catastrophe- and then I was yelled out as I stood my ground...I was sent home at 4 pm while they had an empty waiting room.....holiday weekend! I went home and cried because I trusted my provider. one star because they were good to me in the past and had hand sanitizer. 3:47 they yelled- I wish the first girl had told me that. Run Safford, RUN. They also behaved as a poor caregiver team by compromising my privacy. Good thing I did not opt to use the pharmacy there or do dental which we need so badly. My husband is Native and needs to trust caregivers even more than I and they have lost the trust of the population they claim to be helping. Cannot tell you how much effort it took for me to get a BP med that is just on my chart for years.

    Usually I have a decent experience except for this last time. Dr Kisser was the absolute worst Nurse Practitioner/Human I've ever met in my entire life. Walked out in tears and in complete shock after sitting in the room with him for nearly 1 hour and having him roll his eyes and compare my appointment to an oil change! Other times have always been good except for this last visit.

    Been trying to get my oxygen since October. They gave me a sleep study test and 4 months later I had no results. I done an O&O test that said I need oxygen at night. It's April 27th and preferred home health has been trying to no avail to get my order for oxygen signed. The oxygen place even wrote out the order themselves to just be signed and sent back. And they even called the front desk. I'm still sitting here waiting for my oxygen. I feel they are refusing me treatment. Yet they get paid by my insurance company for the test I'm not getting results from.

    The dental office is where I had my appt, I haven’t been to the healthcare side. My experience was amazing. I haven’t been to the dentist in about 10years and had some issues, and was incredibly nervous. The hygienist was truly amazing, she did a fantastic job, no sign of tartar on my teeth at all. She was very kind and explained everything she was doing. The dentist was also amazing! She explained every step, and took my concerns seriously. She was very friendly as well. The receptionist for the dental side was very friendly and helpful as well! Everyone I dealt with I give 5 stars

    This is the second time now I have had my appointment cancelled by their office. First was 3 days before Christmas. I am told my doctor Elizabeth Kuhn's was out of the office. I was also told that my medicine would be filled. Instead I went from the 22nd to the 6th before my very important meds were filled. Then my appointment was cancelled again on the 11th only for me to betold TODAY that she isn't filling my meds AGAIN. TIME TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR.
