Such a worst experience I had from this store. By mistake they billed the wrong item which is of small in size instead of medium one,within one hour we just returned the item for replacement but the response from their shop manager was unexpected.He replied they can't replace the item,it's violating the return policy and all. Actually we didn't wear the product itself ,just after seeing the product is of wrong size we went back to the shop.It was only a matter of changing the item. They replied that they can't replace the item which is already billed. The worst customer dealing I ever had with a shop.👎

COVID19 UPDATE : Kindly defer your visit until the end of this festive season. Just visited the store, zilch crowd management. ZILCH. You should limit the number of customers you allow into the shop at a time. (29/08/2020) --- The town lacked a decent clothing store and as such, the Reliance Trends is a great addition to Mavelikara. The rating takes into consideration the lack of decent alternatives to this store. Easily noticable from traffic, spread across 3 floors (Women,Kids and Men fashion respectively on floors 0-2) with a fair selection of garments. The staff is very helpful, the pleasant attitude helps gain more customers. Though the store offers great value for money, the selection could be much better. Getting the right size for a garment you really like, was kinda troublesome at the time. Hope they'll improve on that front. If you're in the town, definitely worth a visit. 🙂👍

Cannot rate since I'm disappointed by the customer service. When I got to bill my dress the lady staffs at the bill counter told I cannot purchase the dress since that dress is meant for tomorrow's Christmas sale. Then why did they displayed it and the lady staffs disgusted facial attitudes mean I did something wrong to them. So please improve the customer service and be pleasant to them . Such a worst experience ever had.Dont deserve 1 star.

Not like other trends, they don't have enough collections. The staffs are soo nice.

Poor costumer service. Bad experience at the billing section as the lady was trying to manipulate with more sales pitch. Finally we even had to return an item which we purchased due to this behaviour from their staff.

material is very good. But they don't have change to give balance. If you are busy keep change in your pockets.

Same like any other Reliance trends outlet.. Located near KSRTC bus stand.. Have 3 floors and separate sections for Women, kids and men.. Parking for maximum 3 cars..

Quality clothes at an affordable price. Friendly staff and great ambience. Mens collections are excellent.

I feel a bad experience that we did 6000 rupess of purchase,even though they didn’t ready to give a carry bag. If we need carry bag we will pay extra for that.Already they are charging more price for the clothes comparing to other shops.why should they give atleast a free carry bag. They are not bothered about the customer satisfaction. Collections for childrens are less also.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. This is a small space, and compared to other trends showrooms dress collection is less.

Good collection compared to Aiyappa.. Modern trendy. Only drawback is parking.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Trends Clothing Store in Mavelikkara. While the salesmen were polite and friendly, the store's inflexible principles and policies left me greatly disappointed. My purpose for visiting the store was to purchase clothes for myself and a kurti for my nephew's wife, who was visiting us that day. The total bill amounted to around 6000 rupees. However, I encountered technical difficulties while attempting to make the payment through Google Pay. The cashier suggested splitting the payment into three parts, and I successfully sent 2000 rupees, which they received in their bank account. Unfortunately, due to another technical issue, I was unable to complete the remaining payment. In a time-sensitive situation, I kindly requested the salesmen and cashier if I could take the kurti I had purchased for 1500 rupees and return later to settle the balance. Despite their cordial demeanor, the store's strict policy prevented them from accommodating my request, even though I had already paid 2000 rupees, leaving an extra 500 rupees in their account. Feeling frustrated with the situation, I spoke with the store's manager hoping for a more flexible solution. Regrettably, the manager's hands were tied by the store's inflexible policies, adding to my disappointment. It became evident that the issue lay with the store's principles and not the salesmen or manager. Reluctantly, I left the store without the kurti and later returned to pay the remaining 4000 rupees. However, my nephew and his wife had already left, rendering the kurti unnecessary. Despite my request to cancel the item and receive a refund, the store adhered to their policy of no refunds once payment had been made. Therefore, I finally did not take the kurti even though I paid for it, since it was useless to me now and I was frustrated. My overall experience with Trends Clothing Store was disappointing, primarily due to their inflexible principles. I hold no ill feelings towards the salesmen or manager, as they were merely following the store's guidelines. However, the lack of flexibility and customer-centricity in their approach left me dissatisfied. Considering these circumstances, I find it difficult to recommend Trends Clothing Store. Their stringent policies and unwillingness to accommodate reasonable requests led to a disappointing shopping experience. I hope the store reconsiders its principles to provide a more customer-friendly approach in the future.

Experience Is too bad No collection for men Since treads started they are giving the sam e trend cloths no changes for any collection Especially for men And the people work there are so bad They don't want us to take out any cloths No They follow us So sad trends have become like this

Is this part of your staff training that they learn how to cheat customers money using technique like incorrect billing or offer vouchers. Or is it practiced by few staffs under the platform TRENDS. Are you taking commissions. Kindly sort this out internally. Please value customers hard earned money.

Good collection of jeans and T-shirts and other casual wear. Formals are very limited. Trends only have brands selected by them, most of the popular brands are not present in Men's clothing. I am astonished to know that Trends doesn't provide UPI, BHIM. No code scanning facility. The have Paytm that is not providing code scanning, only Paytm through App. It is a shame that the biggest corporate in India doesn't support BHIM
