To be honest ... The surrounding and ambience is quite good.... Have got my machine and always gets fuel frm here coz that's the best one... Overall the best pump i have visited

To be totally upfront, The experience was quite nice as the staff are friendly. Since being born and bought up in this locality, i was always familiar with the gas station and was never disappointed not even once. But lately the density of the fuel seemed low although last time when i went there it was fixed.

The staff here are very rude. The lady said she won't fill petrol unless we Google pay first. This has never happened to me before . If she had politely expressed her concerns with online payment we would have done the payment without any discomfort. But the lady was very rude to us and kept on mumbling even after payment. If you guys have any other options for refilling fuel I suggest going to another place .

One of the best pump. Quality n quantity are assured. Decent location.Staffs are good and Service standards are better.

I had a bad experience at this HPCL Petrol outlet on Oct 16 2023. After filling fuel we asked for the key of one of the toilet as the other one was occupied. The staff was not ready to give the key and told that the toilet is occupied by their staff. As the key of the toilet was not given we have to wait 5 minutes. On entering the toilet we came to know that the staff was smoking inside the toilet. And we got suffocated with the tobacco smoke. The outlet displays a board "Toilet" to attract consumers but not even having separate ladies toilet as other oil companies do. I used to travel all over South India and this is the first time getting a bad experience in my own state.
