Hi,
Subject:
My
kid
cannot
get
treatment
as
we
did
not
allow
Doctor
to
take
a
photo(Face)
of
my
kid..
We
went
to
Just
dent,
Kayamkulam
today
for
Hydrax
appliance
(Clip)
for
my
kid.
We
went
three
times
there
for
different
type
of
Xrays
and
then
for
the
fourth
time,
they
called
again
for
biting
test.
At
the
Clinic,
they
told
us
that
Photo
of
the
kid
need
to
be
taken
to
see
how
she
is
now
and
how
she
will
be
after
treatment.
For
privacy
reasons
we
denied
it.
To
our
surprise,
Dr.
Prashant
C
John
told
us,
my
kid
cannot
get
treatment
as
we
did
not
allow
him
to
take
a
photo
of
my
kid.
I
am
sorry
to
say,
I
am
totally
surprised
by
the
work
Ethics
of
the
Doctor.
We
felt
insulted
and
humiliated
for
no
reason
and
left
the
Clinic.
“This
is
one
reason
I
found
not
to
smile”

Dear
Owner,
First
of
all,
it
was
the
doctor
who
denied
treatment
for
my
kid
and
told
us
to
leave.
Your
reply
is
unacceptable
as
all
required
measurements/Xrays
were
already
taken
for
treatment.
I
did
check
with
my
dental
doctor
friends.
They
said,
photos
are
not
mandatory
for
this
treatment.
During
the
first
three
visits,
no
one
informed
us,
photos
are
mandatory.
We
are
ready
to
accept
our
loss
of
time,
loss
of
money,
but
dont
want
to
try
again
with
Just
Dent.
