    Its like other government offices. Not attending a single calls. As SBI is a leading bank channel please try to do something positive sense. Those who are calling is trying to avoid to visit the branch in this pandemic situation. Don't be sleepy. Be active like your mobile network.

    More than the staff the security guards show attitude here. They behave as if you went begging for money here. There are many modern banks in this era of modern banking which offers better banking and customer service. Will never return to this place ever again...

    The banking experience is really poor. The waiting time is at times really long and coordination among staffs are really bad. The manager ought to be more proactive and coordinate staffs efficiently.

    Do not bank with this branch or this bank. Worst! Worst customer service. There are too many people running around with no clue. If you approach one clerk they will tell you to go to the other desk. When you get to the other desk they tell you to go to the next. I am an NRI and never dealt with this in my life. I closed my account. I will take my money some where else. #SBIsucks

    Worst banking service and poor customer service i have ever experienced. Nobody was there to help the illiterate old aged people,not adequate staff for information(just today i saw a girl for that).And the staff doesnt know that banking is a "service".They are too harsh and incoperative.I think private banks are much customer friendly. The token system is also a huge failure.Counters remain empty and the customers wait indefenitly.If you have an account there,please close it soon and change to some other private banks.

    Useless branch, small finance banks are attending the phone calls even if they are busy, bad experience, there is no use with the phone please sell it, and put resignation that who are handling the enquiry section, please 🙏i hope you will do if you are eating food, anyway thank you

    Friendly and helpful staff. But the place is crowded. The bank is too small to cater to the needs of the large multitude of users. It needs more number of counters for withdrawal. The parking needs improvement - the parking for the bikes is average and there is no place to park the cars at all ! The CDM machine does not work properly all the time.

    This branch is exclusively for personal banking since we got another main branch in Kayankulam.The branch started operation around 2013 and provided good service then. But now a days ,due to various reasons like increase in customers, shortage of employees the service provided here is very poor.The employees itself are confused to give proper guidance to customers and there is no token/queue system.My latest experience was of standing various queues for 30 mins as per the instructions ,for withdrawing an amount of 10k and finally had to depend on another bank's ATM for the same.But the ambience inside the bank is fine
