Delicious and nutritious! The Berry Waffle and the Mocha Mudslide shake are my favorite so far. It’s so filling and worth EVERY penny! The staff is so friendly and the owners are a young beautiful family. I promise you, you will become addicted- it’s that yummy and knowing that your fueling your body with healthy ingredients make it all guilt- free.

I have been waiting for months for this shop to open, ever since I tried one of their samples. I fell in love at first sip! I’m so happy it’s finally open! I’ve already been going a few times and even recommended it to everyone I talk to. I love the taste of their tea and protein donuts! I can’t wait to go again soon!

Everyone is so kind and welcoming! If you have any questions about any of their menu items, they are more than willing to explain what it is and what it helps with. They are more than happy to recommend items also depending what you’re looking for! Energy teas are 10/10 so far black widow is tying with the hocus pocus tea as my favorite. Valerie is great to deal with, she goes over what the teas and shakes consist of. Chris recommended my tea today which was the dragons breath and it was delicious. I highly recommend anything they make, everything I have had has been amazing.

The food is great, the service at the register is truly excellent, and the place is beautiful. I love that there are places like this for you to eat healthy food. I can’t say enough about how nice the staff was, or how the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Two aspects do sour an otherwise perfect experience: This establishment continues local trends of: a) asking customers for tips where there is no table service, and worst offender b) They accept credit card payments, but will not give you a receipt for the transaction. They offer to send you a text instead. Owners: if I give you access to my funds, the least I expect is a receipt for the debit. Texts and emails are not proofs of transaction. I really do not want to do business where a document for the activity performed on my account is not provided. Especially in todays day and age.

This is my new favorite place, everyone is really nice and so far, I've tried their waffles, donuts and teas and I'm obsessed. everything is very low in sugar and high in protein and very flavorful at that. you will be seeing me more often.

And she gave a ton of knowledge on the meal replacements including shakes, coffees and waffles.it was a pleasant experience definitely will be back for sure
