Had my daughters 15 party with them. My party planner was Alexis she is amazing! Took care of everything for me. Stress free party and everything was beautiful! The drinks and food was delicious. I was very happy with the party!

A week ago I had the experience of celebrating Isabella Cuan's 15th birthday. My experience was excellent and unforgettable for Isabella, family and friends, from the beginning of the preparation to the day everyone was waiting for. The entire work team performed exceptionally, very friendly and very professional, I am going to mention the people who made this dream possible: Maggie Huguet, Mónica Fung, Alexis Gutiérrez and all the staff who worked were very special, everything was expressed with previously led us to feel satisfaction and joy on this Great Day, Thank you very much for everything

Highly recommended for any celebration, the place has two rooms, fully equipped and does not interrupt the sound or the shared Lobby space to be able to hold two parties in the two rooms at the same time. The place is very well designed, a very attractive entrance with lighted trees in the parking lot and very well thought out spaces for photos. I recommend it!!!! I was in a party last night ... The place is amazing... The party was great... Service great... Food delicious... The big problem was when the DJ music started... the music was in a high level volume... You cannot hear to talk to anybody plus it was so high that we thought we were going to loose our earing capacity... That's why it is a 3 star review... This is a health issue... The same way you cannot serve extra hot food because you can burn the people. you cannot place music so loud that everyone will be deaf. I hate to give bad reviews... Sorry but this is true.

I had the privilege to have this venue hosted our 50th birthday party. It was an absolute success. The place is beautiful. The selections are incredible. The staff is awesome, very friendly. Everyone works together to give you an experience like no others. I definitely recommend Palace Ballroom for your next event.

The Reception Palace has been nothing but exceptional with its service and staff. Not only is the building beautiful inside and out, but the array of decorations/themes to offer for 15s is amazing! 10/10 recommend booking your next special event here!

It is a very nice place, parking is good but not enough if you are having a big event.

From the moment we walked in the service and smiles were exceptional. We didn’t have an appointment and they still had a full service meeting with us.. from showing us the kitchen to rooms to decorations. Alexys, Monica and the entire team made us feel at home, like we weee part of the family. Can’t wait to see our event come to life.

Best decision I made was selecting this venue for my fifteenth birthday celebration. The incredible team making this event possible Soraya, Maggie, Ali, Monica, William, and Chef Pablo have been nothing but amazing and have provided the best customer service and assistance to make sure every detail is absolutely perfect for my special night. My magical night is almost here and I can't wait to share it with everyone!

Alexys was such an amazing guide in helping us build the perfect Sweet 16 for our daughter. Her knowledge and experience were key in making our decision making easy. It has been a great experience.
