My experience was somewhat disappointing. My massage was good, and the place is nice and clean but not my kind of relaxing atmosphere you expect to experience paying $130 for 90 mins. Lots of external chatter, 2 different types of massage music playing at the same time, felt aweful but had ask the young girl to please ask the child in there to be quite. (Come for massage to get away from children lol)Also found I didn't quite get my full 90 mins ..laid there waiting until 2.10 and by the time I got up and dressed to check the time it was only 3.28. when leaving noone to ask how massage went now I understand why they charge you before the massage!!

I always been enjoying coming to see my particular and highly professional Thai therapist (to) EVERY WEEK . As I require sport massage for my highly weekly work force, but today I had a terrible ,awfully argument with I believe she think is the boss as she confirmed but it look like is the receptionist of the place new girl short bob cat haircut kinda brown color with some highlights on it doesn’t really speak good English and she have really poor communication skills I am afraid. I call in the morning requesting my weekly massage therapist but she wasn’t on work so I respectfully and polite ask her on the phone if she can suggest any other therapist as I really require someone that can apply extra firm massage and she completely rude , non professional without any emphasis with customer service reply I DONT KNOW ! YOU WANT BOOK OR NOT . I ignore this awful aptitude and I reply politely could you please suggest me someone alike on the massage like the lady (to)? SHE KEEP QUIET LIKE IGNORING ME AND THEN REPLY ALMOST SHOUTING TO ME I DONT WHAT DO YOU WANT YIU WANT BOOK YES NO ? I CANNOT RECOMMEND I DONT KNOW … MAYBE LADY OTHER GOOD HERE ! then I said I will give it a go but after I finished talking I wasn’t really as a regular customer I was treated with respect or consideration and on top there were no guarantee or effort from this receptionist that I was about to get a good service , so I didn’t show up but then again I came back later to see if I can get someone better to talk with face to face and get my massage done but this lady was completely rude to me saying next time you don’t come I don’t want you here anymore so then is when I ask so you the boss ? You own this place ? She say yes ! I am ! Then you can call the boss ! She was shouting from the back at the end of the whole hall inside the store I wasn’t happy until my therapist showed up trying to calm down things but I felt disappointed, disrespected, I said how can I a person that maybe is not qualified for this roll is working and mistreating valuable customers that comes weekly to spend money on the business for a good service, I would suggest to the owner to double check what type of receptionist he or she is hiring because as the same way I work on retail I do treat all customers as best as possible and even if they wrong because the image of the business customers always right . But it seems some people doesn’t really consider keep running a business for their own good at all . I AM HAPOY WITH (TO) is the name of my favourite therapist she is the best but because this issue I don’t think I am coming back I am just don’t feel to be mistreated this way nobody deserve that ! You don’t treat people like that ! Treat people like you want to be treated!

Unfortunately young Thai masseur put too much pressure on my lower back with her foot and elbow and it hurt my lower back on right. It made a strange noise like a clicking sound at that time. It is 4days since then. Everyday I take Voltaren25mg twice a day and Voltaire’s gel rubbing onto my lower back. From now on, I stick to an experienced masseur. I hope young inexperienced masseur will learn more how to use their feet and elbows.

Nothing about my massage experience was relaxing. From the lack of total privacy, and noise from the plaza, to the roughness of my masseuse - not a pleasant time. I was left with muscles that were still just as tense as when I arrived, and scratch marks down my spine. A never to be repeated visit. Still waiting to hear back from owner.😔

Absolutely 10/10 !!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone wanting a relaxing professional massage. Great team of lovely people that make you feel so welcome. My hubby and I make sure we go there EVERYTIME we visit Darwin. I can't recommend it enough. Thank you so much. Especially Top..she is absolutely the best!!!

Went there yesterday 18 Jun 2023, my therapist was Ali. Was a good experience and good stretch. I booked for one hour as I wasn't feeling well and wanted to relax. The massage was professional and good. However, I was close to the door and I could hear everything that the receptionist and potential customers were discussing.

It feels like a treat when you visit Noks. Staff are lovely, the beds are huge and the most comfy I’ve ever laid on. I always visit Noks when I’m in Darwin. They always give the full hour of massage. Highly recommend.

💯 highly recommend this place. Just had a 90 minute full body, and I can honestly say it was the BEST massage I have ever had. Unfortunately I don't live in Darwin, but I will definitely book again during my next visit.

The massage lady called On is fantastic!! Her massage technique is amazing. She knows the pressure points very well. For the last 6 months or more, I had some tingling feeling on the tip of my left hand fingers. I used to stretch my arm and fingers to lose that tingling feeling. After I had On's massage, that strange feeling went away. Whatever she did fixed my arm and fingers.
