Friendly staff and great customer service too

Nice experience, staff were really friendly and helpful whilst I tried to find a new pair of skates which was great as I felt slightly out of place. Nice to see somewhere local that you can actually buy roller skates!

City Beach does not price match. If you want an Evolve Skateboard, go straight to Evolve as they are far better priced and have excellent customer service. 🤘

Worst experience. Saturday afternoon asian looking female staff ignored and didn’t helped at all on the item what i was looking. Never going back again.

Absolutely useless at customer service… writing this as I am standing in the line waiting to be served… the 12vie behind the counter has taken 20 minutes to serve 2 people … all while I have counted 4 other 12vie’s that could have come and helped serve the line up of customers instead of walking in circles picking up clothes off a rack and putting the em exactly where they came from trying to look busy … 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Absolutely incompetent young staff. Their manners are terrible on a Saturday morning when working hungover from the night before! You work retail, serve your customers!

Clothing fit for teens, good prices and latest in trend items are always new in stock.

Elated to find my son's fav brand shoes on special only to be told at the counter they were not. Then after showing and paying the displayed price set off alarms on exiting as they had conveniently not removed the security tags.

amazing service by staff when i went in last week. it was very busy but the team member helping me went above and beyond to help me find a last minute outfit for an event i had the next night! definitely should have gotten her name. came in later to return an item as it didn’t fit, staff at counter were lovely and refund was speedy! 👍🏽 :)
