1 star just for they finished my nails . Look at the pictures….when I left they said , it’s all dry .after 30mins when I try some clothes in cotton on , the nails been like the pictures. I went back , asked them what’s going on,they said ,oh normal color need 1 hour to dry …. So that’s my fault??? And the attitude of the boss there , make me uncomfortable.first time do nails here, so I asked what’s that , she was so rude to talk to me . I asked , so it’s first time someone know nothing coming here for nails ? She said , it’s ok . I said , your attitude tell me not ok .

Lovely treat whilst staying in Darwin. I treated myself to a pedicure & wasn’t disappointed. The very nice woman did a great job & gave me a lovely massage on my legs with warm stones. My nails look great & she also took care of a few issues I had with my felt like a problem cuticle & tough dry skin on my heels. Thank you & thank you for your smile. 😊 Will return. 👍next time for sure.

Nope! Don't even bother! I asked for something long but when the owner kept shaping and shaping can't even use nail clippers just scissors and messy there's still acrylic stuck inside my nails annoying me they are so short and she wanted to charge me $80 I was like nope these ain't long and she's like "yes these are long" then I ask what's considered short when someone asks for it and it's just not even an inch and I ask $10 extra for less than an inch from 'long' waste of money will definitely not be going back and I'm removing them and doing them elsewhere

Had the pleasure of having a pedicure at Diamond Nails. Just want to say the service was exceptional!! Holidaying in the NT and glad I found this place. Best damn pedicure I ever had!! Thanks to Han for such a great experience.

Lashes? Run on time? NOOOOO!!! I went to get my lashes removed at a different salon and was told by the technician that I was the third person that week she had seen to get them removed from this place. They looked terrible! They were not the look I asked for, they were uneven, heavy, itchy, my eyes were swollen and red and I was told by the technician who removed them that my lashes were all stuck together. Nails? Well I booked in advance lashes and nails and after my lashes were done I had to wait over 20 minutes to get even a look at the colours for my nails. I booked SNS and most of the products used were not actually SNS products. The only actual SNS products they used were the powder, setting agent and top coat. All the rest including the priming agent, gel base and cuticle oil were either skipped or substituted for not SNS products. Terrible experience, the lashes were horrendous, the nails were what you would generally expect from a cheap, corner cutting Asian joint coupled with incredibly poor customer service. Would NEVER go again. If you want nails just know you are not getting genuine products but lashes? Don’t risk your face

Worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. Charged me $40 over the quoted price. One nail left without an overcoat at all. Could see the brush strokes on 6 of 10 nails and could see the nail itself. The shellac chipped and completely fell off 1 nail within 24 hours. Felt very rushed and uncomfortable. Only good note was the massage chairs are good and the actual massage with the pedi was very nice. Would not use this service again nor recommend.

I got dip nails but they were all broken and chipped less than a week after they were finished. I got the impression that the salon staff didn’t have a huge amount of experience.

Oh my goodness! What a fabulous owner of a fabulous business! Had a pedicure and she gave the best massage and used beautiful hot stones! And the best bit was she was an absolute delight to talk to! I would highly recommend! I'm sad I'm from interstate and she can't be my regular!
