We came at 3:50 and the shop was closed, whereas on the website it says 5pm. The lady was at the counter, we were ask what time shop closes normally but she ignored us.

I had a terrible experience with Katie's at Casuarina. I've bought 2 items and when I tried to return them 5 minutes later, because the prices of the exact same shirts were lower at their website, there was an error with their computer and they could not process the refund. I returned two times that week to go through the refund and both times they were closing the shop, more than 15 minutes before the closing time. Never shopping there again. Such a struggle to return 2 things.
