I have never had as pleasant an experience at a hotel anywhere in the world as I have at The Collector. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and aware of what to do in the city. The room was impeccable, the location optimal, and I was always greeted with a smiling face. My only wish is that I booked an additional night at their hotel. If you are visiting Den Haag do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You may also be lucky enough to get this goodie bag on your way out.

I’m always on the lookout for hotels that offer more than just a bed — well-designed, comfortable, and a real experience. The Collector is exactly that. I’ve stayed here three times already, even though home isn’t far. It’s my little treat whenever I’m in The Hague. The beds are top-notch — incredibly comfy, and perfect after a long day. My room had bright sunlight streaming in, which made it feel even more welcoming. The design is eye-pleasing, with lots of attention to detail that makes the space feel unique and thoughtful. Breakfast is pretty good. To be frank, I’ve had better in some places, but certainly worse as well — I’d say it’s above average and satisfying. The location is awesome, right in the city center. Even the walk from the train station is easy and pleasant. I’m usually here for event photography in The Hague, and most venues are just around the corner. Plus, there are a couple of restaurants nearby that are hidden gems themselves. All in all, The Collector is a place I keep coming back to for good reason!

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was super friendly, particularly Lucy. The hotel is beautifully styled but doesn't feel pompous. We were very welcome with our 3 year old. We had breakfast on the last morning which was a great variety and a chef who made a variety of fresh egg dishes or pancakes to order. I went to a yoga class in the gym across the courtyard which was very relaxing. On checkout we work given a lovely goody bag incl. a discount for our next stay. It is so close to the main Square we were a little worried when we arrived but it's tucked out of the way so very quiet. Our room was on the third floor facing the Courtyard which meant very little noise for a Friday and Saturday night in the city. When we come back I'd definitely stay here again.
