Since I moved to Miami 5 years ago from New York I was blessed with a recommendation from a friend to Bliss Dental. What a blissful experience! The office staff is very attentive, professional and at the same time friendly. Dr. Gartner and his professional staff are first class rating, with a balanced combination of professionalism and friendliness, which makes patients feel at ease, safe, and welcomed. I have had spectacular dentists in the past and it is not a hyperbole to say that Dr. Gartner is the best. I especially appreciate his explanations because, as an educator, I am intellectually inquisitive. Thank you for providing a service that is efficient, pleasant and satisfactory.

We are new patients to Bliss Dental and I must say what an incredible experience we had. My daughter has major anxiety towards any dental procedures due to many past unforeseen circumstances that she has had to endure. Thankfully we were at the right place at the right time. She was in major need of treatment and the Bliss Dental team did everything in their power to make sure it took place. The staff was very comforting and understanding to her needs. He boosted her confidence and made her realize that she was where she needed to be. She left with a smile and feeling great knowing she was in great hands. The kindest and most compassionate dental team I have encountered in all my years on the planet. I called the office as a new patient while I was in severe pain and had been diagnosed with a cracked tooth elsewhere. They allowed me to come in immediately and they squeezed me in within their busy tight schedule. Their goal was to relieve my pain on same day. Dr Goertner was gentle and made every effort to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I have found my forever dental team. Highly recommend Bliss Dental!

Wow what a difference is all I can say. I’ve been going to an old school dentist for over 20 years and was lucky enough to be recommended to Bliss Dental. Modern office with the latest technology, Dr Gaertner is excellent ! They are very clear concerning cost covered by insurance and all your options. No surprises. Appointments on time. Staff friendly and very responsive. Dental cleaning was day and night difference. No pain or discomfort during procedure. Look no further you will not be disappointed with Bliss Dental.

Just got and dental cleaning and has been the best one I’ve ever had. Ask for Claudia P. She’s really dedicated your mouth can’t be in better hands. Staff super nice and doctor assessment for an orthodontic treatment was also was very knowledgeable and efficient

If I could give a sixth star to this place I would give it, this is the kind of place that gives you the trust to comeback and I'm a person that has been terrified by previous dentist. Staff acted super professional with me since day one, they explained all my billing questions since the beginning and asked first before applying new charges. Dr García, Karla and Liz make a great team, I had two extractions the same day and I didn't feel any discomfort during the whole process, Dr Gaertner (the owner) took the time to go to my chair to introduce himself and to ask about how I was feeling. Great experience, definitely coming back.

I can say that my experience in this place is a 10/10, Dr. Andy Gaertner, very professional, friendly, explains everything in detail, he has incredible hands that you feel absolutely nothing, I recommend him one hundred percent, his assistant Liz Martínez, super friendly professional, they both made me quote a pleasant experience and the girls at the reception were all very friendly and professional with customer service I definitely recommend this place
