I've had countless changes in PCP and truly only once was I attend to by primary Dr. Today I got a call from someone who didn't speak English, when I asked for English speaking person the girl rudely hung up on me. Sanitas should be required to hire personnel that HAVE TO SPEAK ENGLISH!! That is the primary language in the USA. UPDATE So not to my surprise the Dr. I saw last month is no longer with Sanitas. And the person who rudely hung up on me because I couldn't clearly understand Spanish is Yamila Castro.

Today was my first time going to Sanitas and it was honestly better than I expected. The lady at the front desk made everything easy when it came to filling out the paperwork. I was attended by Patricia and Dr. Le who answered all my questions and concerns especially since I had been in an accident and had surgery. They were very attentive to everything. Best experience!!

This place doesn’t deserve any stars! Sanitas Kendall is NOT the Sanitas Kendall I once started going to back in 2019. Things were different then. All of the staff was always in good spirits and friendly and helpful, so we’re the nurses, and the doctors were great. I had two female doctors and one which I loved very much who always helped me no matter what and took the time and care to provide good health. Sadly the Covid pandemic hit and she disappeared from Sanitas without a trace and I was forced to find a new doctor as the other one I had also vanished into thin air. Not only did management change during and after Covid but I would ask for one doctor and they would switch my appointments and play musical doctors as if it was a game without warning AND not to mention these doctors were VERY nasty, rude and unprofessional (I should really name them so no one sees them but I won’t do that), they didn’t acknowledge my mother or husband whenever any of them would accompany me and the nurses are the worst! They huff and puff and roll their eyes every time o go to Sanitas as they are somehow bothered all the time by me being accompanied and every time they ask certain questions which I don’t know what half of them have to do with a doctors visit any how they also huff and puff and roll their eyes and get an attitude by my responses not to mention judge my conditions I have AND they’ve screwed up very important medications I’m on PURPOSELY!. The female doctors there are horrible and are only there to look pretty and get paid, not sure why the nurses even work there since they always have attitude, and the one and only doctor I have now which is a MALE because I REFUSE to see female doctors ever again thank god he’s great! But I sadly DREAD having to go to Sanitas! Even the so called doctors assistants are nasty and have attitude. Back in 2019 I had to do a test I was afraid of due to past traumas elsewhere and the doctors assistant was disgusting to me in front of my mom telling me to stop crying and sit still Not to mention some of the other graphic things she said which I’m sure Google won’t let me post. Because of my insurance I can only go here but I can’t wait to switch and go to a private PROFESSIONAL practice and not one of these little clinics. HORRIBLE! if you are unhappy working at Sanitas then leave and don’t work there but don’t take out your attitude on innocent patients. Just to anyone out there young or old DO NOT come here! This place is a dreaded nightmare each time!

Changed the insurance provider to escape from a bad clinic and now I think I am stuck with a worse one. It took more than an hour to print a referral. The same time to get attended by the doctor. There are 5 o 6 girls in the Front Desk and only one or two look they are working. The rest appear to be part of the decoration. Great customer service! Gave 3 star because the doctor and the assistant were really nice.

I was impressed with how squeaky clean it was inside, loved the bright light coming in from the long windows & glass doors. Everyone in the front was nice, I arrived before my appointment time & was attended instantly nonetheless. Isa, the medical assistant called me in & was very kind throughout the process. Informed me of everything she was doing & made sure all my needs/ requests were taken care of before she left & called Dr Samantha who was absolutely amazing, love her energy! She asked all sorts of questions to get to the bottom of it as well as recommended a few things to do for my well being. Another simple thing that stood out to me was little hints of green all around. I will most definitely continue to make my future appointments here.

I never write a review, but my experience at Sanitas today was truly awful. I had an appointment to fill out my immunization certificate that I need for school and they told me I can come today and get that filled out. Unfortunately after waiting over two hours, I was told they did not have access to the system and I would have to come back another day. Maybe I’m a tough critic, but I feel like this could have been communicated to me when I saw the doctor an hour earlier.

And to make things worse the lady at the front desk makes me wait over 40 min for a wrong referral, she called a referral, again i could not do anything with the following Dr. That they recommended...and admitted to making mistakes on unessesary extra labs..I ended up going to Real professional Doctor that understood my needs..iam claiming my Reimbursement and hoping they follow through... Proceed at your own risk! I wish i can give a zero stars

Phlebotomist did not wash her hands when she did my test. I saw her put my urine in the tube without gloves. Then, she put the needle in me without washing her hands! Not professional at all. But the medical staff is amazing. This is unsanitary and not safe.

They heavily insisted this was the medication for me(mind you, still no proper evaluation and all medical mri and x rays are disregarded due to their discrimination towards me) so in prescribing me duloxetine, apparently that is the worst medication for me becasue it activates my seizures. Sanitas is the place to go to if you looking for a way to die. You will find no humanity and no compation and much less empathy here.
