VERY UGLY!!!!NOT PROFESSIONAL WORK!!!I will try to list everything below. 1- front subframe still vent, so the technicians decided to make new holes in the crossmember subframe above !!!!!! Crazy!!!! to be able to place the grill further forward!!! For that reason the front grill is attached only with three screws above, the fourth screw only placed the beginning (pic attached)!!!, the bottom and middle part of the grill are 1 inch or more away from the anchors!!! 2- Headlights. Front left is moved forward with spacers!!!! Rear locking bracket is broken!!! Front top cracked!!! Front right headlight has a spacer on top and is loose on bottom!!!! No screw because it's too far away!!!! ( see pic) ( also this are brand new $1300 and this one has a bug or insect on the other side of lenses weird? Right?) ( see pic) 3- New holes with self tapping screws on cross member subframe (see pics) 4- Hood is latching at the end (showing frame is backwards) (see pic) 5- “New fog light” are attached to new bumper with zip ties!!!!!!!!! (see pics) at night you can see how they move!!!! 6- Hood in left side is up of fender and on the right side is down about the fender. Also when I'm driving on the highway the hood is moving!!!! 7- Right Fender is loose!!!!!! Bolts or holes are stripped 8- There's spots on paint with polish paste or marks that don't get out mostly in doors 9- They paint with yellow (my color truck) my black side step, also the mirror and under the hood (see pics) 10- Everything dirty with body shop white dust, engine and driver mats on inside, dashboard (Anyway is nothing if you compare with the other disasters) 11- When I left Joey Accardi the steering wheel was twisted to the right (they supposed to perform an alignment !!!) Hopefully I'm a professional ASE tech in suspension and I have an Alignment machine and I fixed!!!!!! !! 12- Also the HID works!!!!!!!! They were just connecting the positive with the negative, minimum detail!!!!! There's more stuff that maybe I'm forgetting right now.., I have pics and videos to proof all this and more I ask many times to please check my truck to be sure that all the work done was acceptable bit this is not acceptable!!!! I forget to say that this wasn't free., I PAID $16000 + for this repair!!!!! Believe me now I'm feeling that I make a big mistake when I trust my Truck to Joey Accardi Collision Center. I love my RAM and I thought it was the best option to fix it in an Official RAM dealer, but it looks that it is not!!!!! Absolute Scam. They give you a diagnosis time frame of same day over the phone when making the appointment, then tell you it will be 2-3 days when you go in, and then when they have your car it turns into possibly 1-2 weeks. All this just to get a diagnosis. Actual repairs will definitely take longer. Per my warranty, without a diagnosis, they will not cover my rental fees. And even though I could have gone somewhere else if I had known this, starting over at this point will take even longer. And speaking with the person today who gave two different answers apparently has no supervisor on duty today, and is not willing to consider reimbursing me for the excessive rental fees that they caused. I’m supposed to speak with a Jessie on Monday. I’ll see how that goes, but I am not hopeful. Update: We continue to get the run around, and now we are being lied to blatantly. My wife was insulted by a service rep who calls himself Jim, who thought she had him on hold when trying to merge me to the call. We were told this morning that they were on the phone with the warranty’s company, which was a lie because the warranty company said they never spoke with them. She called back and we spoke with someone named Amy who again blatantly lied to us saying she told us it would be five days when she originally advised us it would be 2-3 days when we brought the car in. We were told yesterday that the car was being torn down by them to get a diagnosis for the warranty company, and we would know in 3 hours the route cause, and here it is the next day and we are still being told the same. If you need service, please take your business elsewhere as you will get lied to and given the run around. To date I have never spoken with a Jessie, and no one will get me over to a manager. Another update: I have since picked up my car and took it to another mechanic to be worked on. Got a diagnosis a day later and my warranty company has been contacted and approved the repair. I do intend to pursue this matter with the governing agency that regulates dealerships and garages until I am made whole, and I will continue to keep the public updated as to the status of this matter. I implore you not to use this place to service your vehicle. Avoid the dissatisfaction.

This place exceeded my expectations. Working with Alex to find the right car was super easy. He was very friendly and very Knowledgeable about all the vehicles. When we finally found the right car, Morgan the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the price. They really made the car buying process a breeze. I had a wonderful experience with Joey Accardi Jeep in Pompano! I had been searching for an all white High Altitude Jeep Wrangler for a few weeks without any luck, until I saw one in transit to the dealership on their website. I called them immediately and spoke to Ron, who told me it had just gotten in and set an appointment with me to see the jeep. He also had it cleaned and in front of the dealership when I arrived. After quite some time of going back and forth, we arrived at a deal! It was very exciting :) The salesmen at Joey Accardi Jeep were very helpful and overall made sure I had a good experience. Edit: The next morning the dashboard informed me that an oil change is needed. Before the sale we asked what was done to prep the vehicle and what was included in the inspection and reconditioning charges. We were shown a list of everything that had been done. The J.D. Power Edge Certified Pre-owned checklist states that the process involves replacing the engine oil and filter. Now we are questioning if we need a mechanic to perform a complete inspection of the vehicle. We are reducing the review from 5 stars to 3 because trust and transparency are important for this type of transaction. :End Edit Mike, Eric, Chris, and Urbain were personable and professional. I went to Joey Accardi looking for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Entering the dealership I was immediately greeted by Steven, I think he is the manager. He was very friendly and asked my exactly what I was looking for. After telling Steve what I was interested in, he introduced me to Omar. Omar took me around the dealership to look at all the vehicles that fit my criteria. Omar was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. After a couple of hours (because I’m very picky) I chose the New 2023Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I think this is a new version of the Cherokee as it is bigger than the original and has a third row of seating. Steven and Omar were very patient with me and understood my needs and that I was very picky about many of the options that came with the vehicle. They made sure my truck had everything I was looking for in a new vehicle. After working out the details of the vehicle, I worked with Ariel, who I believe is the finance manager. He was very helpful in showing me all the paperwork that had to be signed and also explained to me how the leasing works. I have to say it was an all around great experience at this dealership. No pressure salesman, no hidden fees and everything was straight forward and upfront. I highly recommend visiting Joey Accardi if you are interested in a new or used car.
