Best day in my life !! I recommend this tour company Very nice /professional/experienced . we booked a 30 minutes tour and I regret not booking longer i couldn’t get enough of how beautiful the view is ! The pilot was very nice and experienced He explained to us everything and all the sightseeing and made us calm since it’s our first flight and took pictures for us . I will be returning for a longer flight so I can enjoy for longer . Thank you so much Eagles air tours :)

Awesome experience flying through Miami. Definitely recommend for anyone checking out the city. It will not disappoint. Flight time is 30 minutes but definitely felt way longer than that. View was also spectacular! The pilot gave a great narrative as we flew through the different spots. 10/10!

Overall I recommend if you are new to the area. I felt very safe. The pilot did a great job with the flight and you get to see most of Miami's landscape. The tour part could use more cool facts and some jokes--I didn't learn anything new since I've lived here a few years. I also got a little nauseous but my husband was fine. Still happy we went. Also best value air tour in the area. The price can't be beat.

We had such a great experience with our pilot, Joel! He was so knowledgeable and answered all of our random questions about his career. The facility is clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The experience? A jaw-dropper. Beautiful!! Such a unique experience and memories made!! I highly recommend the longer tour options.

Booking this flight was absolutely worth every penny! I went purchased the tour on the last day of our trip to Miami and Mahmood was very accommodating and very nice helpful in trying to get us booked for the same day. The views are absolutely stunning in the morning. We got to basically see all of Miami from the sky. And you're at the perfect altitude for seeing everything, highly recommend!!!

I do not recommend. My flight was canceled due to technical problems, ok, I understand that this is an accidental situation and you can't fly on a faulty plane, but the way I was treated left a bad taste. I was offered a flight at 7 a.m. or at 9 p.m. the next day, the proposed times were unacceptable, my journey time to the airport was 4 hours and an evening flight at 9 p.m. in the dark was not attractive from my point of view. The company informed me that in this situation they will try to find something and that I am a priority for them, as soon as they manage to find convenient hours, they will call me, especially since we gave them three days during which they can inform us. A week has already passed and no one has contacted us . I wasted three days waiting in uncertainty for a call from them, I think it could have been said right away that they would not find any free time for me.

We arrived at 11:30 we were well served by the team it was a great experience I would suggest to tourists like me. Great views also 100% would recommend:)

We had booked 2 flights at the same time, one of which was not confirmed at all. Nobody arrived on site. The tour group in front of us also had to wait 1 hour. Thank God we were able to cancel both easily via GetYourGuide and then left. The manager then threatened us over the phone to remove the negative review otherwise he wouldn't give us the money back. Incredible! Never again!
