    Training with Reshaud is literally top tier! He takes his time to get to know you and figure out what would be best for your body! If you want a coach who not only cares about your body goals but also health goals then this is the guy to go to! You will be heard, you will be pushed but most importantly you will see results! Only downfall id say is he can’t count so if you think it’s 30 seconds left to him it’s about 40 seconds haha. Get with Reshaud today !!!

    I enjoyed training with Reshaud. He was patient and professional at all times. He will transform your body in a matter of weeks. I highly recommend his services.

    Best training I’ve ever gotten! Explains everything so you understand, pushes you to do better and be better! Took the time to really gage my fitness level and created a plan for me that was tough but is getting me the results I want.

    Training with Reshaud was one of the best decisions I’ve made. He’s the type of coach that pushes you to do things you never thought you could do, while listening and understanding limits. He gets to know you, tailors sessions to your goals, and is very passionate about health and wellness. Whether it be providing education, meal plan ideas/recipes, or challenging workouts, Reshaud will get you right! I’ve seen a huge difference in my energy and body since working with Reshaud! Don’t be scared.. book him!

    Reshaud is great, he is super encouraging, flexible, and patient. He pushes you but he is very kind while doing so. I’ve also seen positive and motivating results and I struggled with toning and building a different shape and after 3 months I already notice growth and more roundness in my glutes, which was my main goal but now after seeing results, I will continue to stay with Reshaud and be a gym girlie!

    I highly recommend Reshaud for any fitness training needs. Over the past 4 months I have been training with Reshaud and I am liking the results. He is helping me to reach my fitness and health goals by introducing variety of different workouts, showing proper techniques, and giving nutritional recommendations. Reshaud has a vast knowledge of physical training and this truly helps to provide the best results. He will help keep you accountable and maintain the right direction to reach your fitness goals.     Reshaud is a great trainer and really focuses on helping you reach your fitness goals. We have been training for a few months so far and I have begun to see results very quickly. One unique aspect about Reshaud is that he is flexible and able to tailor your training to best fit your needs and interests. For example, we have been able to incorporate boxing and different forms of cardio into my routine, which has helped me stay fit while doing sports that I enjoy.

    Reshaud is an incredible trainer. He makes you feel at home and comfortable every time you have a session with him. He has a detailed understanding of how best to train and can incorporate the style that works best for you. He has been able to work around my schedule and ability to train which was very important. He is also very kind and personable. I have seen tremendous success working with him. I am so glad that I found him and am very lucky to have him as my trainer.

    I joined Planet Fitness Towson gym in April of 2022. I signed up for a design your own plan session. This was when I met Mr Dubose. I have gone to the gym 3 times a week consistently. Mr Dubose motivates me to do my very best. He encourages me and cheers me on when I want to quit. He's knowledgeable about nutrition as well as fitness. I usually sign up for the classes because I like that he's there to instruct me and I don't have to keep looking at my program. I don't jump on the scale a lot, but I do know that I've lost weight because of this one pair of pants that I use as my measuring stick. I can feel my arms and my stomach tightening up as a result of my workouts and I feel better over all. Mr Dubose is definitely an asset to the Planet Fitness organization.

    I’ve been a client of Reshaud for about 6 months. He has been very passionate about health and fitness, meticulous, and focused. As a person who has been physically fit at a point in my life but has slacked off, it has been challenging and intimidating to get back into the gym. My stamina and esteem hasn’t been the same. After explaining what my fitness goals were, Reshaud has gone above and beyond to assure that my exercises are modified according to my fitness level and always correct and perfect my form. I’ve had wrist pain that hinders me from doing certain exercises, but Reshaud helps with working around it to avoid further injuries. I can be rather difficult to train but I admire Reshaud’s patience with me. He helps keep me on track if I start to shift into old habits such as consuming unhealthy foods. I feel motivated. I enjoy my sessions with Reshaud and would 100% recommend him as a trainer!

    Reshaud is amazing. I’ve worked with him over the last 6 months and I wouldn’t have made the fitness improvements that I did without his help. I’m stronger than I have ever been in my entire life. He’s motivating and comes up with challenging workouts every session. I’m never bored! All the sweat and soreness has been worth it. You won’t regret choosing his as a trainer!
